The 2 bdrm apartment was absolutely lovely, spacious and it would be hard to sway me from returning as my go-to from now on. I would definitely recommend for a holiday stay as the layout would be perfect for a family. It is also quiet with a desk and table for someone like myself travelling for business. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated, a credit to the owners.

Just be aware that this apartment is on the third floor with stair access only. If you aren’t great with stairs or have young children a lower floor may be better suited. The mattress may need replacing soon as it did have a sag to it on the right hand side. (This didn’t bother me personally as I sleep on the left.)

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bedding was good as well as the amenities within the unit. We did not realise that we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator (so if you are elderly or have trouble using stairs, be wary). Also, the name of the resort was confused with their sister resort that is at the back (and much closer to the water).

Good place to stay if you want to do a day tour to K'igari, right by the Sandy straits Marina, we only had to walk for 15 min. The apartment had everything you need, big kitchen with a lot of dishes and a dishwasher. The unit was intended for 4-6 guests, so we had a lot of space, just being the two of us! The carpark was just in front of the apartment.

The only thing that didn't work were the blinds in our bedroom. There were no curtains, just something to roll down, which got stuck. So you couldn't use it. We slept fine anyway!

Apartment was surprising very spacious. It was very clean and adequately stocked for two or three nights. Great location - an easy walk to the marina. Check in was super easy and reception staff was very friendly and explained everything well. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Some items (e.g. bedroom fan) looked "aged" but this is purely aesthetics and does not impact on functionality.

I marked it down for comfort purely because of the noise from the two apartments upstairs. They appear to be (permanent) residents and were unfortunately rather noisy - understandably as they are used to their routine of school/work etc. However one had a visitor that had a yappy dog and that was slightly annoying. If I was to stay here again, I would ask for top floor apartment or prefer one without residents.

Great location, quiet, nicely equipped apartment, parking right at the door (stairwell), lovely staff. Our second stay there this year and would be more than happy to stay again.

Pre-arrival cleaning appeared to have been rushed as some surfaces were a bit sticky and cleaning materials for the kitchen (detergent, tea towel, sponge, scourer, dishwasher powder, rubbish bags) were missing - but quickly provided by housekeeping when requested.

Lovely apartment, nice to be on the ground floor, as we had luggage and there is no lift to the other floors. Big kitchen with big fridge and dishwasher was handy to have. So nice to get pool towels supplied. Secure parking by the apartment was very handy. Door to door pickup/drop off was very convenient when we did the Fraser Island day tour, such a beautiful place to visit. And the Pier area was also well worth a look.

Having no key to the door that leads out to the pool was a bit of a pain, and it would have been handy if there was one supplied for this purpose, as we had to walk around to get to the pool area. Also only having one key for 2 people is insufficient. The location was a bit further from the beach than we realised but it was fine.

The complex is well maintained, clean and very comfortable for the 6 off us. Loved the whole layout of the complex and location. Everything we needed to accommodate our group was provided I.e. portacot and sofa bed were set up and ready. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. Comfy beds. Quiet. Loved our little visitor, Mr Peacock. We will definitely be back!

Sadly, the hot tub was out of service. I also found it odd that you need a key to get OUT of the complex. We walked over to the boat club and had to use the key on both gates and then again on the front gate to open it for the pizza man. I can understand needing a key to get IN but just thought it odd that we needed it to get OUT. With 6 people and one key, it presented a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, we loved it

We had kitchen facilities and alot of sitting areas which made it felt like a home away from home. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was really good! There was also shaded area. There were also lounge chairs to lay in and relax. The property was also walking distance to the boat club.

The spa was not warm enough. However it was summer so maybe the temperature gets turned down in summer.

The location of the property was great. It was quite spacious and was generally well equipped. The resort was quiet and the allocated car park was close by.

Being in the second floor, access via the stairs could prove a bit of a challenge to the less agile or infirm. The refrigerator was suffering from a severe ice-age and could have done with a good defrosting. A pod coffee machine would have been an added bonus.

Everything was as expected. Communication was great. Facilities were great. We were there for a school state sporting event, so it had what we needed. I realise that the apartments are on the older side, but everything was clean and useful. Basics were provided. It was secure too, needing a key to get in, and a safe place to park. Pool and spa was clean. And I liked that they used a sofa bed for our third child, rather than them having to sleep on the couch. A lot of places don't do this, so I really appreciate it.

I'm not a complainer, for the price it was reasonable. Yes, a little annoying having one bathroom, but we survived. It wasn't a big deal. I would suggest maybe providing an extra blanket or two, and maybe some of the pillows needs replacing. That's it really
