I would have rated this property a 10/10 but the apartment furniture (except the beds) was just too uncomfortable. The property and it's location were excellent, the view was great. It was great having parking on site and despite our allocated car space being tighter than Wilson Parking in Melbourne CBD Carolyn kindly allowed us to use another space park in. Check in and out was very easy. The facilities were amazing, and most importantly whilst the complex was full it, you couldn't really hear the neighbours at all, and pool guests left at curfew so we were surrounded by very very respectful holidayers. - perfect! We would definitely book again and request the same floor but perhaps another apartment that has more comfy furniture.

The furniture (not the beds) - just too uncomfortable. old cushions needing to be replaced and just too thin (you could feel the frame on the indoor and outdoor furniture. Shame, as this was the only down side to our stay.

Location is good, right on the Esplanade. The pool is heated in winter which is lovely. Huge apartment, plenty of room for everyone. Everything was relatively clean too - except cutlery and crockery.

Reception staff refused to give us a few spare towels so the kids could use the pool - the excuse what that "laundry is our biggest cost - so we can do this, but you'll have to pay us $5 per towel". Which hotel does that these days? We paid enough for the room, I can't see why that would be an issue. The crockery and cutlery in the apartment was dirty. Weird, because there's a massive sign on the cupboard stating that if you don't do your own dishes and clean up your own rubbish, you'll be charged a cleaning fee. Clearly the previous users had not cleaned up after them really all that well. I wonder if they were charged this so-called cleaning fee.

Great location, opposite lovely beach. Walking distance to great coffee and cafe/restaurant options. Pool and spa looked very inviting. Tennis court in good condition. Living/dining and balcony good size. Comfy queen bed. Good security.

Units could do with a cosmetic refresh (bathroom, paint, kitchen, curtains). Not sure why guests should have to empty bins/put out the rubbish at end of stay - this should be included in exit clean (just add a little extra to the apartment cost to cover)!

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Had everything we needed. Ground floor apartment was convenient and close to all the resort amenities. Resort is walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants, markets and sailing club.

The hot water system in the bedroom wardrobe. Made the room feel like a sauna. A small airconditioner in there would help a lot!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious, very comfortable and clean, and in a great location. We loved the pool, spa and sauna area and enjoyed a swim every day of our stay.

It wasn't a big deal, however, we found the cutlery and crockery provided in the kitchen was a little inadequate to cater to a family of 5. There were 5 dinner plates, 5 smaller plates, 5 mugs, 5 knives, 5 forks, 4 drinking glasses (yet 9 wine glasses!). This meant we needed to wash up after each meal rather than just stack the dishwasher and put it on to wash at the end of the day. When on holiday, it is nice to not have to wash up after each meal. It seemed wasteful of water to run a half-full dishwasher twice a day.

Loved the location, by the beach beautiful swimming pool very clean and tidy resort.

Apartment was ok but I was on the ground floor had a lovely balcony that I did'nt use because of all the greenery growing up past the outside of the building making everything very dark inside luckily I was out and about so went back when it was getting dark.

Was able to make my own breakfast at a respectable time. Was centrally located to be able to walk to beach and jetties. Plenty of choices for lunch and/or dinner. I needed some time off to relax and was able to do so.

I could here my neighbors above me but it wasn't that bad. Weather was windy for three days. That's it.

Fabulous location - walk across the road to the beautiful walking/bike track and the beach. The space had everything we needed - great little kitchen and living area. We loved sitting on the balcony for our meals. Great pool/spa/sauna area - felt like a tropical oasis!

The shower was a bit small. If I was renovating - I'd remove the bath and put in a more generous shower.

Our room was very clean, the view very nice, and it’s in a great location. Facilities of room good, clean and comfortable.

Could do with soft seating in the balcony. The sauna den pool area was a little mouldy but still used and enjoyed. The restaurant meals were not nice and overpriced.

great location, beach across the road, easy walk to get a variety of food options (takeaway and restaurants) nice views from our room, pool area lovely, restaurant on site (nice food), easy booking in and out. Room comfortable 3 bedroom unit only 1 aircon, was ok but could be a bit warm in the summer months. The resort is an older style resort, but very well maintained and very spacious.
