Good location. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable and we liked that it had a full-size fridge.

External toilets, it was expectantly cold when we stayed and there is no heating in the external toilet/shower block, so much so we didn't shower for three days. Also, there was absolutely no privacy, complete with the neighbours parking their car right across the front of our cabin :( We like to sit outside of an evening, however felt quite paranoid with people looking at us when walking past, let alone the neighbours either side of us. We just felt that there are too many cabins/villas as well as caravan spaces pack into a very small space.

The pool was amazing, the room was luxurious and somewhat spacious and the staff were very friendly and understanding

The price for the washing machines was abit high, did a few washes while there because of kids so became abit expensive for us, would've been better if it was only $3 a wash not $5, King beds were not very long and feet hung over bed most nights and pillows were extremely hard so woke up with somewhat sore neck most mornings, Also had to buy baking trays and frying pan as they weren't provided to the room so a little annoyed about that

Comfy beds Spacious room Cute little balcony Clean bathroom also a decent size Beautiful pool area Wonderful staff Carts were decent priced for an hour hire (most places is only half hour) Playgrounds are awesome Plenty of bbq facilities and lots of bins around

The balcony to each studio room not being closed off to that room would be good for the little ones that like to run away but want to be outside (not a deal breaker, just would have made it feel a bit more private)

I was very impressed with the cabin, it was far more than I was expecting with a separate bedroom from the lounge area. The cooking facilities, being more than just a microwave were a bonus. The free sausage sizzle and music night was a nice gesture to the residents.

The WIFI. I kept getting knocked off when in the middle of my work. (voluntary) They said it would be looked into as the complex was only half full. I, however, had no improvement and was not given any update from management.

Caravan park was clean and modern. Jumping pillow, spider climbing frame, playground, giant chess and Kart hire were great for the kids. The pools were also excellent!! A pool type to suit everyone. Minor issues were taken seriously and managed well thanks to the friendly and caring staff. POD coffee in the room was a nice touch and much appreciated by two tired parents.

The spa & pools were great, for little ones as well. I enjoyed the short walk every evening to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The staff were very accommodating. Hope to be back next year.

Unfortunately when I had my doors open to enjoy the breeze, my neighbours smoking would enter the room.

The cabin was clean and tidy. Everything necessary was available for 2 people. The location for us was excellent. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to make use of all the facilities. We would stay here again.

The only thing we didn't like was the external ensuite. For older people like us it wasn't ideal to have to go outside in the middle of the night. We would rather pay extra for the convenience of not leaving the cabin. Probably my fault for not reading the description properly. No other complaints.

Us and our toddler especially loved the pool and playground facilities.

The rooms weren’t too bad. Could do with a good deep clean especially the bathroom. The shower head was a very awkward height I had to duck to get my head under it. Would’ve loved for our outdoor area to be fully enclosed not just a privacy type screen.

Location was a bit further out than I expected, but no problem if you have a vehicle. Just couldn't walk to the beach with a young child in tow, but no problems.

No complaints. Just bummed I didn't time my stay better. We left Friday morning and missed the weekend burgers, tacos and coffee van. Although the Mr Whippy truck did come through the park while we were there.

Nice location, private little unit. Clean inside and parking out front. Would stay again.

Bathroom was private but in a completely separate building. Next to the main unit but still you need to go outside a couple of metres to get to the shower/toilet room. Beds were on rollers that just didn't stay still.
