The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was simple and the parking is right in front of your room, which was super convenient. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The cleanliness was outstanding.

Everything was amazing, although the beds were a little too hard and springy or my liking and the walls didn’t block out much sound. These couple of minor critiques were nothing in comparison to how nice the hotel was for its price range and certainly didn’t outweigh everything else great about the hotel. Definitely would stay again.

I can't say enough about the exceptional service from the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome. They provided great local recommendations, quickly addressed any questions I had, and truly made my stay enjoyable. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made a difference in my experience. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a warm and accommodating place to stay!

I was greeted by the lovely Dani-L who is a wonderful host. Everything you need for a stay in the Bay is available and there’s a great selection of information on things to see and do. One of the loveliest welcomes I’ve received away from home. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Shower was lovely and hot and many of the fixtures etc. have been updated. The whole room has a really lovely feel to it.

Excellent aircon provision in all rooms and living areas. So clean. Large two bed apartment directly opposite the two bed apartment upstairs was perfect for our travelling families. Paddle board could be safely stowed away downstairs in the hallway with lockable screen door. Thanks for having us.

Pool is a little exposed to traffic and would look great with privacy leaf screening or something along the fence. Otherwise, great overnight stay.

Straight across from the beach and splash park. Kids loved it. Had a pool aswell. Aircon in both rooms which was awesome for bed time. And staff were lovely and super helpful.

Only things that we didn’t like was the beds. They were so hard that we couldn’t get a good full night sleep (kids didn’t mind though) And the floors were dirty which didn’t bother us too much because we probably made them sandy aswell haha

Cracking location close to all major facilities and attractions. Walk to everything with no drama. Friendly relaxed staff nothing was a drama for them. All facilities We're clean and tidy and in working order. Would Stay again 100% and Would have no hesitation in recommending this. A place to stay in the Bay to all my family and friends and work colleagues.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom family apartment which was spotlessly clean and very spacious. Accommodation along the esplanade at Hervey Bay can be very noisy at night due to traffic noise, however the Beachside Motor Inn is well located in a quieter location. Check-in and check-out was very quick, parking within the hotel grounds was easy.

There was no powerpoint within reach to plug in the second bedside light in the main bedroom (room 14), a short extension cord would solve this problem!

Location was close to beach and bistros. Parking good. Had 2 visits. The 2nd was the most comfortable as we upgraded to the upstairs apartment with more cooking facilities. This has been completely refurbished and very comfortable (apart from V hard beds). Plenty of linen and crockery etc. Air con worked well Danielle the owner was very hospitable and we'd use it again

The park across the road was amazing for kids . They have a fossil dig , wheelchair swing and see saw , . Awesome climbing activity with big slides . Water park just across the road also and the beach . Great spot , flat for kids riding and scooters , shade by big fig trees which were impressive. Pialba was definitely a high light of Hervey bay

The lady who greeted me at reception was absolutely lovely. Gave me a great vibe straight away and I could tell that she was happy to help with anything we may have needed. The unit was spotless, modern and comfortable. Air con in living area and bedrooms. We were very impressed with it actually, we don’t have anything negative to say about our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks!
