The location at the Beach Club is excellent, right on the esplanade, close to lots of restaurants and the beach is just out the front. The pool is amazing and is sheltered from the wind. The room itself was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items, a BBQ and laundry facilities. This apartment is located at Peppers Beach Club but managed by Elysium. We collected our keys at nearby Elysium hotel and it was an easy process, Stacey was very warm and welcoming and eager to offer up suggestions for coffee, dinner and tours. Carpark inclusion was very handy. Just below the apartment at no extra cost.

We did have to carry our luggage up 3 floors. We're fit and in our 30's but this may be a barrier for some people. We stayed 7 nights. There is no housekeeping unless staying more than 8 nights. We found the room got dirty after 2-3 days of sandy shoes walking in. It would be good to offer a room clean after 3-4 days. 2 sets of bath towels were provided so thankfully we could change bath towels during our stay.

The spaciousness, decor and the beds were sooo comfortable!!! The kids absolutely loved the beach pool and we loved the swim up bar. The HUGE tv was a bonus as we are footy nuts and thoroughly enjoyed watching our team play over the weekend. Kitchen facilities were great, it was really well equipped. The pod machine, air fryer and toastie maker were a nice touch although we didn’t actually use any of them. Some plastic plates, bowls, cups would have been really handy for the kids.

We loved the apartment, especially the beds and tvs. One small gripe, the tiled floor seemed really dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was sand and sticky marks throughout. Also ring marks left on side tables. The shower door in en-suite room swings open on its on whilst showering. I think the hinges need tightening.

Location of apartment and resort, resort pools and landscaping with lots of tropical trees and plants. Lounge and patio area were very good, with large TV and free wifi. Kitchen well equipped. Large bathroom and has washing machine and dryer, which came in handy.

Single beds were uncomfortable. I was travelling with a friend, so the queen bed was changed for 2 single beds. It's possible that the Queen bed would have been more comfortable.

It was comfortable with easy access to restaurants and shops, easy parking under the building, the main areas were clean and tidy. The apartment was spacious with most things we needed

The property needs to keep an eye out for those that put their things on pool lounge chairs at 7am and come and go all day without letting other use the facilities. Our room needed a clothes bourse to be able to put pool towels and cossies on to dry, the roof top was quite dirty as was the balcony in the room. The fridge needs to be seen to as the freezer had ice in it and was stick closed, the fridge was also freezing items

We booked through Elysium which is seperate to Peppers. We would like to thank Stacey @ Elysium for going over and beyond to help us when our fridge decided to defrost itself! She attended to it immediately and provided an esky and extra towels. Amazing service! I world definitely recommend booking through Stacey at Elysium. The resort pool was lovely, the room clean and it had everything we needed. The office is separate to the resorts but easy to locate and all directions provided - couple not be easier. We would definitely boom through Stacey at Elysium again.

The only criticism is there is no lift and navigating heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs is not an easy task. It wasn’t an issue for us, but something to be aware of when booking.

Excellent location- right in front of the beach. Walking distance to restaurants/cafes. Great facilities- pool area in particular was fantastic! Loved the swim up bar. Check in process was easy. Staff were friendly. Would highly recommend Palm Cove and an apartment through Elysium at the Beach Club if you are looking for a reasonably affordable option, that still feels luxurious.

Great location with excellent facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

The apartment itself whilst beautiful was not very suited to young children - balcony with furniture right next to it, lots of breakable decorative ornaments etc Also there was no spa bath as had been outlined in the property description.

We had stayed in the Peppers Beach Club complex previously so we knew what to expect. The location of Peppers, the pools (protected from the wind), the gardens and the fake beach are all great.

We would probably choose a room on the first floor next time if there was one available rather than the ground floor where we were this time.

I liked that everything was so accessible. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants along the main shops that all face the beach. The pool was fantastic! Lots of reading by the pool with lovely cocktails. Our room was neat and presentable. Overall a very relaxing stay and we’re already talking about when we will return.

It would’ve been nice to have a full kitchen so that we could cook some meals. It got very expensive having to eat out all the time.

Great location, walking distance to everything we needed. A great room overlooking the lagoon pool. King bed was super comfy & shower pressure was amazing! Both Sharyn and Stacey were great and super helpful!

I know it’s probably a safety thing but the spa bath didn’t fill up very high because the ‘side plug’ kept sucking in the water. Tv was quite small for the size of the wall/room - not the biggest bother.
