Excellent location right in the centre of Port Douglas and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, 4 mile beach and the lovely marina. The two swimming pools were surrounded by beautiful trees and bushes and sun loungers were provided. Room was spacious with spa bath, shower and small balcony

The hotel did not have a bar or restaurant area. It would have been nice to perhaps have a social drink either round the pool or in a lounge

Lovely place in an excellent location. With the main street to one side of the property,meals out and shopping are really easy. The pools and bbq facility are great. Our room (1 br swim out) was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was very handy for our 5 night stay. Staff are friendly and obliging.

Having to ask for more coffee/sugar etc as staying for 5 nights and room not serviced during our time there. Also having to ask for a tea towel and face cloths - not provided.

You cannot beat the location! Right in the heart of Port Douglas, just a few minutes walk from most of the restaurants and pubs, shops, pharmacies and supermarket. Rooms were huge, bed was comfy and washer, dryer and clothes airer were unexpected benefits. Hot tip: There are two pools, but please note that the larger of the two is colder - definitely recommend swimming in the smaller pool.

Reception opening hours do not match those listed on the website. Wifi was “free” if you signed up to Accor.

Direct access to the pool was amazing and my girls would be there 24/7 if they could. Room was super comfortable and the location was fantastic. Next door to supermarket and many restaurants, bars and shops. Also next to the marina and the Sunday markets. It was great to have underground parking as well. Just perfect!

Great facilities and staff super friendly. Pools and surrounding areas brilliant for adults and kids. BBQ area for gatherings is great. Location to everything from here is perfect.

Our appartment was overlooking Macrossan st, rather than the pool. The rooms didn't have enough plates and glasses for 5 of us.

Comfortable units right in the middle of town with easy access to everything we needed. Units were very clean had everything we needed. The balconies in each unit were put to good use.

Lift access was not available and given we were travelling with larger suitcases it made getting everything up to our rooms was a bit of a challenge.

The property was in an amazing location walking distance to everything, all the restaurants, 4 mile beach, the marina and the markets. The pools were very clean and the bbq area was great for dinner with the kids.

There was really nothing we didn't like.

We had originally booked at mantra heritage, but the lovely staff offered a more accessible room (im in a wheelchair) at the mantra in the village since there were lots of stairs at the heritage. Very impressed with their service and help!

My only issue, I would have liked the room to be a bit cleaner. The floor made my feet pretty dirty, and some of the pillows on the bed had some stains on them. And the rug in the living area needed a good shampooing.. 😅 But other than that it was lovely!

Central location made it so simple to get around Port Douglas. Great pools for the kids, and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room for us all. Clean, well appointed rooms and super friendly and helpful staff.

Loved the pool area. It provided us with an area to gather and enjoy each other's company. The pool area has a fridge to store your drinks and a BBQ to cook your meals.

The pool was not heated. We were unable to use the spa as that was not heated either.
