The location was handy to many fast food services, shopping centre, petrol stations and an easy short drive/distance to the centre of town and to the Preston Peak Winery for a wedding event. The staff were very friendly, the motel and our room were immaculately clean with modern fittings. The bedding and pillows were soft and super comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised that our front facing room to the main road/New England Highway had block out blinds and was not noisy at all!

There are only stairs to the upper levels so if you have heavy luggage or were an older person this could be an issue, but this was clearly explained in booking information and I was fully aware of it. I would have liked a little more variety with the tea bags (i.e. peppermint) but luckily I brought my own.

Location of this accommodation is great; it was close enough to Toowoomba CBD and major shopping centres yet distant enough to avoid traffic or crowds. It was quiet and peaceful, bed was super comfortable and overall cleanliness was of a high standard. I loved the convenience of being able to park just in front of my 2nd-floor room and not too far from the stairs leading down. Michelle, from reception was an excellent and helpful host. This might be my new go-to accommodation when I am in Toowoomba.

Wonderful service that goes above and beyond. This is so refreshing to experience. The location was ideal. Very close to places to eat and get coffee. The area was very well maintained and safe to walk by yourself. Everything about this property was amazing from the comfortable bed to the beautiful bathroom and kitchen facilities to the big room you can relax in. I loved that I could watch Netflix which was supplied at no extra cost. Totally amazing. I would recommend Avenue Motel Apartments to anyone. Very happy indeed.

There was nothing to dislike at this property. I loved staying here in what I would call a 5 star property. Happy about everything here and would come back anytime.

New and comfortable accommodation

Not knowing how to use the Apple Movies - tried to call twice the after hours phone number but no one answered. Was a bit frustrating as we really wanted to relax into a movie. Could not find any instructions on how to use or connect into Apple TV. Was also asked during a process to download an app and enter my credit card. Then got a call the next day from the bank to inform me that someone was trying to use my card for fraud. Had to cancel my card. Need to look at safer processes as I was just following your instructions

Great location with plenty of easy to access parking. Room was immaculate with all the essentials you want. Didn't find the WiFi password but that might have been at reception. TV had free Apple TV and Netflix on it though, so if you're only here for a night you'll have plenty of entertainment.

Personal preference but the bed was way too soft and the pillows very puffy and tall, so I didn't sleep well. Hardly a mark against the hotel though!

Love the fact that it has modern furnishings, the shower pressure made me want to have a longer shower. Really like a decent wine glass and modern plates. Great night sleep due to the comfortable bed and array of different pillows to choose from.

The room was upstairs, I have a few bags to carry up & down stairs. Plus I leave very early and I'm mindful of other guest sleeping while I go up and down stairs. But in saying all this it does not deter me from staying here again.

The rooms were fantastic and well equipped. Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Michelle was fantastic to deal with and was able to accommodate my early check-in request on a busy Easter weekend, which was greatly appreciated.

There is not a lot of natural light in the studio, but that is just my personal preference. Allocated parking would be good to avoid having to park away from the room. Nothing major, really.

The motel is brand new. The receptionist was very efficient and very welcoming. We were there only for one night in a studio appartment. If we were staying for more than one night we would like a larger room. Our only criticism

Coffee bags we prefer instant coffee a very trivial complaint hi and maybe shampoo and conditioner supplied for two people not just for one.

Location was great. Modern apartments very quiet for being on the main road. Close to a variety of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Loved the Merlo coffee shop within walking distance.

There was an unpleasant sewerage odour coming from the bathroom :/ Would have been nice to have had a small bedside table on other side of the queen size bed.

The water pressure in the shower is a bit low, being messaged they close earlier on a Saturday so I had to rush to get keys from reception when I could have been provided an access code (maybe because I was a first-time guest?)
