The room was large and clean and suitably appointed for my needs. The large bed was very commodious - I'm a single traveller but I like my realestate. Having not slept the night before and then driven 12 hours straight I was a wreck and slept like a log on that comfortable mattress. The night I arrived a frigid gale was blowing but the room was warm and I used the extra blankets. A long hot shower the next morning was very agreeable and I made use of the tea and coffee and microwave facilities.

One of the two bedhead lamps had a blown globe. The TV set could use a little colour adjustment to give better rendition - I didn't care as I hate TV and it was just a time killer for me. The sliding door to the bathroom was slightly discoloured around the handle. Cleaning vinegar or eucalyptus detergent would fix that. The inside of the entrance door had a little flaking paint towards the bottom so refinishing is in order. The room furniture was somewhat dated but in good condition.

Room with sunlight. Had to stay a week and didn’t feel boxed in. Clean. Housekeeping visited everyday. Lots of bench and cupboard space.

Got a bad remote control for TV. Were doing some painting so owner was there keeping tabs. Had to move car out of way but didn’t really bother me. New paint job looks good.

The air con was noisy however it did the job Chopping board and sharp knife would have been nice however I could have asked if that was available My biggest issue was the WiFi, management tried to connect it but would not connect would have been nice to watch something other than ABC after being at hospital with sister nearly all day.

We were delightfully surprised at how quiet the room was considering how close to the main highway the motel was. The location is brilliant, close to shopping, take-a-way food, restaurants and the hospital.

The old fashioned and rather noisy window type air conditioner kept us awake until we switched it off, preferring a cold room rather than a noisy one.

The room was larger than what we thought it was going to be, the beds were so comfortable, great bbq area, the room also had ceilings fans and air-conditioning, our room was extremely cool and comfortable, block out curtains for a great night sleep, couldn't fault this place at all, has a great little kitchenette area,kettle microwave, plates, cutlery etc,

I cant fault this place at all, awesome prices,friendly staff, comfortable beds, fresh clean linen and towels, and awesome views of the range.

The bed was very comfortable and it was a very quiet area well off the busy highway. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was hot. I was fortunate to have undercover parking that not all units had.

The a/c was noisy and as such I couldn't sleep with that noise. The outside light was bright and on all night. It should be on a movement sensor and then it wouldn't disturb sleep.

What a lovely surprise this place was. Super friendly, great comfortable beds and generously appointed rooms at a great price. Stayed with my son and was so impressed I stayed by myself on my way home. Even got a friendly courtesy call to organise check in as I was going to be late. Highly recommended.

Clean, pleasant check-in, great view from my room, microwave so i could prepare a light meal. good location. Pool.

I was unable to access a discount throughbooking.com. I was given a very nice room with 4 beds, priced accordingly. In actual fact I just needed the one bed.

Facilities were clean and the location of the property was fantastic. Had more in the rooms than what was expected and definitely exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and knew the area well, definitely would go back again.

The only downside of the property was the parking, but otherwise it was really good.

Comfortable room at the entrance to Toowoomba. Easy access from main HWY but no noise noticed when staying in the room. Appreciated the large glass door that could be opened in the morning to freshen up the room.

for an unknown reason none of the above bed lights were working. However the manager did advise he had changed the globes but would investigate the issue.
