One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in , the spa was exceptional... Perfect for two , comfortable bed , mini bar was great even though we didn't use it , Having the seasons restaurant onsite made this stay unbeatable, the food & cocktails where Devine with fast room service 🙌 staff where kind & understanding .... Thank You will be back , omg & the complimentarys where gorgeous, Epson Salts where included, & a lil kit that had hair ties , they have really thought of everything

No phone charger outlets , but that's small ... One way tinted windows would of been nice to really enjoy the massive windows that surround the spa bath , need to have blinds closed ... But again for the price I'm definitely not complaining

Parking spot right in front of the room. Pool onsite. WiFi was great as was the free access to netflix and prime etc. Location was good, room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Price of one night stay including room service breakfast was reasonably priced for peak season. The breakfast carefully delivered to us by a friendly face, was good. Food was fresh and tasty as was the coffee. Did not have dinner at the in house restaurant but it looked good and seemed popular.

Nothing to complain about. Just improvements - two people from our party in another room, said they received their breakfast as ordered but their hot food was lukewarm by the time it was delivered to their room. And I felt that the check-in experience felt clinical, this could be a negative for some looking for a small town feeling, friendly face at reception.

The accommodation is situated in a prime spot, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The property is easy to get to and navigate, with all necessary facilities close at hand. The room was clean and a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and communicated clearly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Breakfast was delivered directly to the room, arriving exactly on time and adding convenience to the stay.

While the room was clean, the accommodation showed signs of age, particularly the bathroom, which could benefit from modernisation. The shower featured old-fashioned separate taps for hot and cold water, making temperature adjustment inconvenient. The toilet seat was flimsy and the flush was quite loud, which was a bit disruptive. The parking near our room was tight, and laundry bags were left outside, further reducing space.

Not a compliment but an observation. We’ve been doing a lot of travel this year & expecting to do a lot more next year, in fact, we’ve booked the Ambassador Motel early 2025. Some Motels do not have bottles of water in the fridges, but the ones that do have, without exception, and, for this year we’ve noticed, have offered them free of charge to their guests. The Ambassador Motel is the only Motel that we’ve been charged for water this year. Not only charged, but the price is $4 for a 600ml bottle which the Supermarkets sell for approximately 40 cents each if you buy a 24 pack. May pay for management to reconsider this fee. Keith

We have stayed here many times over the past four or so, years. Always meets our accommodation requirements.Equiped with microwave and toaster, which is convenient. Usually have breakfast but did not this time. We had a room with spa ,which was spacious and room seemed to have been newly renovated.

Usually go to the restaurant on nights we are staying. Only visited once on first night.Menu is unchanged over a long period, which may be a seasonal thing. Not up to standard for a restaurant of this calibre. Ambience and staff great. Food quality and presentations very ordinary. Perhaps just a bad night. They were very busy but a 90minutes wait for our first course,after travelling all day, didn’t impress. Rarely do I write negative reviews but I have to be honest.

The room was really clean and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The spa bath was really nice also. Having the restaurant on site for dinner and a hot breakfast was great. We didn't have to go too far in 2 degree temperatures.

The shower taps are really hard to regulate, i.e.. you get either cold or hot, not warm to shower in. It also leaked badly all over the floor in front of the toilet, which we had to clean up to be able to use the toilet. Other than this, all was great.

Roomy and very comfortable. Loved the little alcove & letting the sun come in the morning. Particularly liked our complimentary 2course brekky brought to our room on time And with a smile @ 8.15. Good time slots as we'd been out till late the night b4. Was a great way to start our Sunday, after a lovely hot shower we were on our way. A great smile as we dropped the keys in. A perfect stay! All good but perhaps a little tricky getting into our carpark but we worked it out!

The room was large and well appointed. Housekeeping does need to check the lights on each vacate. The restaurant was amazing. The food beautiful and the staff were knowledgeable. Plenty of parking was available.

Our room needed a light replaced which we told the restaurant staff about and we were assured this would be done before we retired, however it was not done. The pillows were horrible (please note). The restaurant staff did not return after the main meal to ask about sweets or to enquire whether we would like any more drinks.

The beds were most comfortable and the room was clean. Having my own transport I was pleased with the location of the motel. Although situated just off a main road, the room was quiet. I loved having the seating arrangement outside which was near the pool. The breakfast was delicious too and arrived on time. It was handy having the Seasons restaurant on site for dinner. I particularly enjoyed going to the Royal Hotel over the road. It was brilliant having so many eating areas to chose from as well as an interesting menu.

clean and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by all the little extras in the room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. We have already recommended to friends and will will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Toowoomba.

The food at dinner was oversalted. The avocado salad should be better explained that it is asian flavours. The flavours didn't mix well together and the chicken was coated in sweet chilli sauce. The dispensers in the bathroom need to be cleaned. There is a build up of grime.
