Our stay was perfect! Location was a bonus! First visit to Townsville, will definitely be back for sure! Many thanks to the housekeeping staff, I didn't get all their names only Maribek & Nerus - Thank you for checking with us daily with fresh towels and if we need anything else, very friendly and great service. Room service for dinner was fantastic - very quick did not expect it so fast 😄 thank you! Laundry - affordable to use the washers (I was shocked tbh) dryer was free!! A definite hidden gem! Check in and out was a breeze, no issues. Till next time, will see you then.

Maybe another dryer? Access to movie channels? Otherwise overall experience was perfect!

We arrived late which was not a drama. The manager was so helpful checking us in quickly so we were able to get to the steakhouse for dinner which was great and priced well. Plenty of off road parking for our hire car and even though there was a scheduled power outage for Sunday the manager made sure we had a breakfast pack each to help us on our way. Recently refurbished rooms were roomy and had all you need. Location is great so close to everything round town.

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay.

Location was perfect, we had rooms right next to each other and there were extra blankets if we got cold. Room service was a bonus. Just an awesome place to stay.

I did ring in the day before to see if we could check in early and the lady on the phone assured us that we could, but upon arrival at 12.30, we were denied so we had to go elsewhere to get ready for a wedding (stockland toilets).

Staff were very nice they made me feel good the bed was comfy and I slept well...thankyou I will stay again for sure...food was really lovely enjoyed my pizza and chicken schnitzel nicely presented and staff were lovely 🌻🌻🌻

Wish I had some lactose free milk ...the other stuff not real good for me...the brekkie pack was very good...nice crispy nutri grain

To me the bed is the most important part of a stay in a room. The bed mattress was that good I took a picture of the make and model.

I stay at a lot of rooms in my travels the rooms are fine. It's hard to modernise these rooms been of the age the hotel is but to me they are fine. One problem put power socket points right beside bed for recharging, and also, it is an alarm clock.

Great location, close enough to access any part of Townsville. Good parking outside the room. Plenty of parking if you have big vehicle or trailers. It’s quiet at night. The beds are big and comfortable. The room has huge tv. Good value for money.

I was happy with everything.

For this particular trip the location was central for the purpose of my venture. The fact I had towed a trailer meant that I at least had somewhere that I could leave it safely enough whilst doing other business around town. On this trip it was raining, so the fact that the car was undercover was ideal. It meant that either we never got soaking wet nor did our shopping.

The fact that there were no cooking facilities meant dining out a lot. And in the case that we brought home leftover or cold meals meant that we couldn't reheat the food.

The staff member I interacted with (male) was extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. It was a stressful visit for me and he made it a lot easier. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The rooms have been upgraded, I have to ay the bathrooms anf toilet were like 5 star quality , all new carpet and fittings, Restaurant an bar at your doorstep

my only problem there was no TV reception

Rooms were recently renovated and very clean and fresh. Bed was super comfy and room nice and dark for a sleep in. Staff were friendly. We were seeing a concert at the hotel so very convenient for this.
