I arrived late however I was greeted by the reception who I am assuming is the owner and Geoff. Geoff’s greeting was warm friendly and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I was very tired after a long drive and to be met by a pleasant reception was amazing. My room was spotless, and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The shower pressure was bliss. The bed was so comfy and had a great night sleep. the room was so quiet I didn’t hear the early workers getting ready to leave. I slept till 9.00am. I will definitely stay here on my way back and in the future. I was really impressed with this motel especially for the price.

The rooms in the apartment were very spacious which we found relaxing. The decor was fresh and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, proper fridge freezer, etc. Very helpful staff.

Clothes hanging space was more than adequate but it would have been useful to have drawers as well. In the bathroom there was little space to put things down. As this was an apartment equipped for the disabled, it would have been handy to have a grab rail for walking out of the shower area. From the disabled point of view, everything else in the bathroom was perfect.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was clean and comfortable and the AC and fans made the temp in the room very nice compared to what was outside (30*C+ and over 90% humidity when we where there. We were able to park very close the the room which was convenient and made life easy for us. The staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and all we needed to do was ask. One down point was that there wasn't enough cooking gear (pots and pans) for our needs but this was fixed with a cheerful set of pots from the local KMart which we left behind to help out the next person. The room price was reasonable and pretty good value all up. A bonus was that there was a Woolies and a Coles close by so all our supermarket needs were met very well. We'd stay again for sure.

Conveniently located near multiple food vendors and testing shopping centre. Also not far from the hospital which was why we were in Townsville. Room was clean and tidy with all the essentials provided for.

The car park wasn’t secured and could have been easy access for car theives. Was also a little noisy being close to other people and the pool was behind us

Exceeded expectations, only issue was late on my last night the TV Netflix connection froze and stayed frozen, so I couldn't log out of my account and try something else - and I was mid movie. It was possibly the universe reminding me I had an early flight and had to go to bed. I will definitely have you on the top of my list next time I come to Townsville

So lovely and clean and very spacious.. We loved the massive king bed… never been at a motel in Townsville with a king bed before…. loved the huge shower head in the shower, so relaxing & just what we needed to unwind and the lounge with chaise just perfect to put our feet up after a long drive .. undercover parking was great too.. Customer service was friendly and very pleasant… One of the best motels we’ve stayed at in Townsville and we’ve stayed at a fair few.. 10/10 from us ..

We found this Motel to be perfect for our overnight stop while travelling through. Our room was a great Size for a family of 4. Parking was available off street near rooms. Swimming pool available, while our children didn't swim other families were there enjoying this. Staff were polite and lovely. Room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for our overnight stop.

Location was good, parking was difficult. It was hard to turn & drive out if the car parks, very tight area to park in especially towards the back of the motel..air-con was poor & the fan was slow even in the highest setting

Very clean, new comfortable bed and fixtures, washing machine inside the unit. Quiet. The property is well managed and maintained. The unit was spacious and it had a separate toilet to the bathroom. The dining table was a good size. We transferred to a bigger unit after the first night. Management and the cleaner were able to expedite the transfer, in a friendly and efficient way. Checked out of the smaller unit, and although we were supposed to check into the larger unit after 2pm (a gap of 4 hours), there was only a short wait for us because they prioritised the preparation of the larger unit. This favour was much appreciated.

The facilities for basic food preparation and cooking were adequate. (No different from most motels, so this is a very minor issue.) If you want to prepare something more elaborate, like home cooking, then bring additional equipment.

Very clean and comfortable. Good central location. Comfortable bed and couch. Good sized apartment. Bedroom positioned to the back of the unit was good, being further away from the road.

Wifi unreliable, could not use utube or netflix. The lock to the front door rather dicky. Got to hold your tongue right.
