The bed was comfortable and quiet in what was a fully booked motel. Free parking onsite, short drive to supermarket and restaurants.

A guest was having trouble getting in to her room after hours but when we contacted the property via the phone number on the Booking.com listing, the proprietor was very reluctant to help and was one step away from "that's not my problem" despite the paying guest needing assistance. Eventually he attended and it turned out he was staying onsite, in the very same complex as the rest of the guests.

It is easy to get to and park at The Pavlos. There is public transport available from directly out front. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. Rooms are quite spacious, including a kettle (coffee & Tea), toaster and microwave for your comforts.

Parking spaces are quite narrow for the cars of today ( I have a Navara). Shower curtain being 2 inches off the floor means that water will make its way out and wet the floor. There are very few eating places near here, outside of the service station.

I have stayed here many times, but this is the first time that I have had a problem where the water stopped. I rang the office, it was early and it was fixed promptly. So grateful as we had morning appointments. There is ample parking and all ground rooms, so easily accessible.

The same dislikes... not many places to find something to eat close by, you will have to take a short drive or a 10 minute walk to a cafe at Bridge Road.

No breakfast served, room was a little outdated but clean, we had a view of the Motel's inground pool. Motel situated on a busy road but there wasn't any noise from outside once we were inside our room Surrounding plants and gardens were mostly well kept. All staff members were very obliging.

Update of the room is needed, with breakfast at least served, I think this Motel would rate a 4-5 star.

Most of the facilities are new or newly replaced like the toilet, sink, shower and the split type aircon. Room is furnished with microwave oven, toaster, kettle, TV, iron and dishes. Room is very clean. We had comfortable 2-night sleep! It is one if not the cheapest in town.

Receptionist needs to be more accommodating and smiling.

This is a great little motel where I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Staff were friendly & the team was fantastic when I had to extend my stay with only a few hours notice as I was admitted into hospital. The housekeeping staff here were also very lovely and had a treasure trove of local knowledge that they were happy to share.

These rooms are very very outdated, straight from the 70’s. The bathroom could have been cleaner & there was an amount of dust throughout the room which is clearly not cleaned regularly.

It was well situated and close to everyone where I needed to be so I wasn’t travelling for half an hour or more. The only room was comfortable and everything was really good

The first night the guests in the room next to me as they were banging the door through the night thats the only thing

The atmosphere. It reminded me of places I have stayed with my family in Queensland.

I liked everything. In saying that it isn't the best choice if you're aiming for super fancy.

I have stayed at pavlos quite a few times now and I love staying there if I am quick enough to book a room to stay. Everyone is friendly , always clean and comfortable rooms . Safe off road parking and definately value for money

My stay wasn't long enough

The Pavlos is great as it has easy access and only a short drive to northern shopping suburbs. The rooms are old, but very accommodating and comfortable.

As there are very little options for food near the Pavlos, it would be fantastic if the restaurant was revived. Not many options within walking distance outside of the United across the road.
