We were a little disappointed that the original booking did not mention the fact that it was a shared bathroom. When you see the photos it is not evedent . It's only after you book and confirm your reservation that you receive a message asking if you would like yo pay an extra 35.00 a night for a room with an ensuit grrr.

I liked the staff, especially Cathy. Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat and comfortable. The facilities have upgraded quite a lot with the new renovation. I would definitely stay here again.

Not much to complain about. It's not a 5 star hotel but it's very presentable and decent for what you pay. A bang for your buck in my opinion.

Liked the light continental breakfast and the dinner was really good value, quality and quantity. Parking right outside the room was very convenient. I stayed in a different room each night and the bed in one was great but the other just ok. Split system aircon worked well. The staff were very amenable.

The mattress in my second night stay would be much better if replaced. The shower in the spa suite is actually over the spa so that requires a good degree of dexterity to manage especially as the spa bottom was uneven. Lights that illuminate the carparking were quite bright and shone through the gaps in the blinds but from a security point of view I liked that the carparking was very well light. Be mindful too of a $200 bond but most hotels are doing something similar it seems.

We highly recommend! Room was spacious and comfortable for our needs. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for an event at the rooftop bar, which was just beautiful. We had a meal in the restaurant also and it was so good.Service station and Foodary store across the road too.

The only thing that we didn’t like was the lights outside the room stay on all night even with the blinds down the light still filtered through

Very convenient spot, not the first time we have stayed and won't be the last.

Being located at front of motel area , we did not seem to have exclusive right to parking directly on front. Should be reserved sign for guests as against diners.

Location was central...not too far from the beaches, from the CBD or the Adelaide Hills district. Bistro right next doors for lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly and polite

Room overall was clean and fresh, but the carpets looked like they were not vacuumed very well, no toaster, breakfast was a couple bags of cereal. I thought we would get at least some toast and jam when it was advertised as breakfast included. The bistro didn't do breakfast either.

Breakfast was satisfactory and great selection for children. Bathroom was great and children enjoyed the spa on a very hot day. The restaurant was very nice and will definitely visit it again !

The room it’s self was very outdated but seems they recently have renovated the the bathroom which was great.

Check - in easy. Staff courteous. Room clean.

Dinner was disappointing. Salad bar not replenished. Shown to a table that hadn't been cleaned. Staff member relocated me to a second table that hadn't been cleaned. Main meal put on second table without comment. Disappointed because I've had much better service there.

Great choice for menu in the restaurant.. a cross between home and some fun dishes with style.

I think it was lunatic night on the local road… loud cars somewhere close by… eventually they moved… that’s life in any city, so not really a gripe!

Room was comfortable, clean and very spacious including bathroom. Hotel has great facilities as we attended a function there upstairs and it was good having all facilities up there and the food was terrific.

Could have another light in bathroom for makeup purpose
