Great location - very close to centre of city. Rooms clean and spacious.

The room is not super modern, but has everything you need, and is clean and spacious. I did see some comments about a 'curry smell'. This is correct for the reception area (as is next door to a Japanese restaurant), but rooms are all ok. If arriving after hours, process worked fine to get keys and enter. If arriving after 5pm, let them know so can arrange keys.

Clean, fresh and being able to open the small balcony doors was nice. Good value.

The reception area stinks - there is a restaurant which seems to be part of the reception area and although this was never open when we were there, the smell of old cooked food (like boiling fish sauce!) is very very strong and quite off putting. I feel sorry for the reception staff smelling that all day. It was extremely unpleasant.

Location is right middle of city. Mins walk from Rundle Mall and Pubs.

Oh..Parking not enough space to drive in. Difficulty to get in and out. Food smells all in the elevator and hallway. Which was pretty annoying.

I had the main bedroom with ensuite and it was excellent. The 2 single beds had adults in them and the mattresses were probably more for kids but overall I was really impressed and will stay again. Really close to Rundle Street for restaurants and an easy walk to Rundle Mall. We had hired a car and were able to park on site which was great. The weather was cold and the heating in the main lounge area wasn't great but the bedrooms seemed to warm up well. I will be back.

Location handy to shopping precinct. Liked being able to open a small balcony over looking the city. Studio apartment room sizes good. Good coffee/tea making facilities. Good air conditioner. Polite helpful staff on front desk.

The fridge bottom shelf not been cleaned after last guests. One of the white bath towels had two reasonable size black marks on it. The drainage hole covers in the bathroom could do with a clean or replacement to bring them back to chrome colour. The plates & bowls up a bit high for short people. Perhaps take some space from the storage for the ironing board for crockery. No extra blanket for the bed if you get cold but air conditioner is good that is in the room.

The place is perfect close to everything. Clean and cozy.

The bond of $100 takes 10 days before it returns to you. The lady receptionist is not so customer friendly teaching me that pending means negative and did not allow me to talk and keep insisting it's pending. I know it's pending. I am trying to explain that, yes, it's pending, but it's not yet back in my card, but keep talking and keep insisting that the word negative means they already cancell it. Luckily, I spoke to a male receptionist who was so friendly and listened to the customer and apologised. The female receptionist named Shalani never apologised for the inconvenience and kept insisting on her side of the story. She told me to go to the bank as they already cancelled it in a very abrupt way.

We couldn’t adjust the temperature, My son got sick because the aircon was on, and it was freezing. We did advise the staff, but they couldn’t rectify this problem. I asked the staff again the following day, and the only solution we received was a small fan heater to heat up the large apartment. It didn’t do anything. Also, there was no vacuum or sweeper to keep the floors clean.

The room was large and comfortable. Having a couch and two tables )and a coffee table) really let me spread out. The bathroom was pleasant and the kitchenette was small but handy. The bed was made every day and sheets and towels were changed upon request. The location was also great - a short walk to Rundle Mall, lots of eateries and several supermarkets.

No genuine complaints at the price.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and I enjoyed the option to close the bedroom off from the rest of the space, the balcony was nice. location was great,right near great food and shopping.

My only complaint was the air-conditioning unit above the bed was so loud it was hard to get to sleep, if I were to go again I'd leave it running during the day/afternoon and turn it off for bed. But this time I didn't know it was noisy and I didn't want to waste power while I was away.
