Staff were really nice and friendly, room was very comfortable and clean, the facilities were great, and the location was brilliant, close to eateries and shopping etcetera

City view was in fact a multi-story carpark. It blocked out a lot of light.

Good location to Rundle street, cafes and the mall. Room was spacious with a comfy bed, pillows. There was a mini bar, TV and great air conditioning.

I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, so that was very lovely - although the weather was so hot I in Adelaide I could not get the full benefit of it but I was much appreciative of the upgrade. Also appreviated the pillow menu and availed myself of a pillow so my neck was looked after.

The Adelaide Pulman only has an inside swimming pool, and it was soooo hot in Adelaide that the capacity to sit by an outside pool would have been of great benefit. The airconditioning in the room seemed to flick over to heat if you went beyond 22 degrees, so it was a bit cold at times in the airconditioning despite the heat outside.

Another nice stay at the Pullman, which is my hotel of choice in Adelaide. Comfortable room and bed, with just enough room to spread out bags, do a bit of work on the computer and relax. Restaurant and bar staff were competent. Restaurant isn't cheap (not much in Australia is, these days) but food and drink was tasty and well prepared. The location is good for access to buses on Grenfell St, the Mall, the restaurants on Rundle St. About 10 mins to the free tram, the Art Gallery etc, and 15 mins to the Railway Station.

This is our favourite place to stay in Adelaide. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is the best I've had at any hotel anywhere ever. Even my 6 year old loves to stay especially for the pancakes and perfectly poached eggs. The indoor pool, spa, steam room and sauna are open until late allowing for some relaxation for adults and fun for kids before bed and even in winter it's warm. The rooms are cosy and inviting. We love staying here and will be back again

The front desk officer named Aprilia Kusuma refused to provide a housekeeping service even though we already placed the signage on the outside door by saying: we don’t have late housekeeping and asking my wife whether we have already put the signage on the outside door. After the argument she eventually agreed to provide us late housekeeping service but the housekeeping didn’t replenish our coffee capsules so I have missed my coffee in the room. This isn’t the service that I expected from 5 stars hotel. Please train front desk staffs to not arguing with guests but understand the situation before made any judgment or refusal of service.

The staff are what makes this hotel so amazing. All the staff no matter what job they do they were so helpful and nice. From Cristoph at the front doors to the cleaners and restaurant/bar staff. Nothing was ever too much or an inconvenience. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and the beds are comfortable. The pool, gym and steam room was great and kept my daughter busy for hours. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had and had so many options even for kids.

Having to say goodbye and go back to reality because the pullman was so wonderful.
