The location is excellent for accessing all the main features of Adelaide CBD. The entire ambience of the hotel is attractive; our room was very attractive with artistic features in the room fittings and furniture - refreshingly different to the majority of dull minimalistic rooms that are typical of almost all hotels these days. The bathroom was sumtpuous and spacious. There is a very high standard of maintenance throughout the hotel. We enjoyed a quality breakfast within our room rate.

Efforts have been taken to minimise product wastage such as with product pumps in the bathroom. Recently we have seen other hotels manage to eliminate plastic bags from rubbish bins. That will be a welcome change here!

Retty much everything was great from check in to check out. Just a 5 min away and you have everything you should need. The Rundle Mall, the city, the transport system., shops, food, drinks and a whole city there at your fingertips. 10 minutes away by foot and you are in the city parks, at the Adelaide Oval, Galleries and all the cities history. Alvin and the team were great and made the stay even better with their smiles and friendly helpful service. The opportunity for late check out and bag storage also helped us on our final day.

Limited bar and restaurant. But you have plenty of choices outside the front door to fix that. Being mobility stability challenged these days I also thought a softer angle on the shower corner would help ease access to toilet area. No pool, small gym and a slightly disappointing roof top garden set up also had an impact on our stay, albeit otherwise top shelf.

Location was sensational- so many cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Room was impeccable. Thank you to housekeeping on a great job. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. If you get breakfast included, it's not a buffet- rather you get 8 options from their regular breakfast menu. 4 were from the continental menu- amazing muesli, smoked salmon bagel etc, and 4 were different forms of eggs on toast with various trimmings. Loved it.

Like others have said in previous reviews, the bathroom in our room was beautiful, but impractical. Frosted glass sliding windows (right next to bed!) and doors does impact privacy. Our bathroom also had the festy drain smell mentioned in other reviews. We kept the bathroom door shut to keep smell contained.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming & professional. We phoned ahead to say we were early & could we leave our luggage while we went elsewhere for breakfast. When we arrived they had our room ready for us which was a great bonus after our travels to Adelaide. The room was spacious, clean & well presented. Our location was a short walk to the free bus & tram stop. We had a variety of restaurants close by as well as the Rundle Mall. Our hotel was also a desired pick up point for tour operators. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect as the hotel is right in the CBD and it is easy to walk around. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in was handled quickly. The room was spacious and very clean. The KS bed was so good to sleep in and the electric blanket was greatly appreciated. Loved the rain-head shower and supply of toiletries. Was sorry my stay was only for one night!

The bathroom lighting is too dim for applying makeup but luckily there are other mirrors in the room. The bathroom basin wouldn't drain but I notified the front desk on checking out so I am sure it would have been attended to.

GOOD SIZE ROOM AND BATHROOM, NICE SIZED FOYER WITH PLENTY OF SPACE TO WAIT FOR FRIENDS WHEN NEEDED. NICE DECOR, VERY MODERN AND CLEAN.

ROOF TOP GARDEN WAS UNAVAILABLE DUE TO A PRIVATE FUNCTION, WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING AS IT WAS A MAIN REASON WE CHOSE TO STAY HERE, THIS WAS VERY DISAPOINTING AND STAFF SHOULD HAVE MADE MORE EFFORT TO ALERT GUESTS OF THIS AS IT IS A MAJOR FEATURE OF THE HOTEL, AND A MAIN REASON ONE WOULD BOOK HERE, SO TO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO IT ON THE ONE NIGHT WE STAYED WAS UNSATISFACTORY.

The room was spacious and very well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and included a bath and separate shower. Loved the sliding glass and wood panel doors with a slightly Japanese feel to it. The location was perfect for us to explore most of Adelaide City on foot or using the free buses and trams. We stayed there twice bookending an outback holiday and the thoughtful staff gave us the same room both times as we liked it so much. The restaurant was very good too.

My partner especially could not get comfortable with the pillows provided which were the same in all rooms, however, on our 2nd visit Shinjan went to the trouble of finding him a moulded latex type pillow which was really appreciated. We always prefer to have open windows to air con but this was not an option there.

The hotel was well located for where we wanted to be - a 10-15 minute stroll to the zoo and also close to the museums and Rundle Street Mall. There were a lot of good restaurants and cafes in the area too (more than shown on google maps). The beds were comfortable and clean and the room was quiet, suprisingly so considering we were next to the lifts. The hotel put our teenagers into a twin bed room right next door which was very convenient. For those arriving by car, come in on the left and there is a loading area on the street next to the front door. The receptionist told us we had 15 minutes to unload and then you can pay the hotel for a 24-hour parking ticket to the Wilson carpark right behind the hotel. It is then just a left at the lights and left again into the laneway behind the hotel. There is then a backdoor into the hotel, so all very convenient.

The bathroom really needs a rethink. It is huge but somehow they couldn't fit in a bench top around the sink. There was nowhere to put your toiletry bag. Also, the shower floods onto the floor, even with the shower door closed. This happened in the kids room as well.

Location is fantastic. A good supermarket Romeo ‘s is a block away Top Italian pizza restaurant Amalfi is close by and there are alleyways full of delightful outdoor eateries. For shopping, the Rundle Mall is a short walk. Our superior room was very spacious, quiet and clean. It featured a large bath and lovely Japanese shoji screens. You can watch TV from your bath if you’re into that sort of thing! Parking is easy and the hotel is actually surrounded by car parks. The roof terrace is open and delightful for a quiet picnic with views of the hills. Also wanted to mention the lovely duty manager Avery who looked after us in every way possible.😁🎄

Nothing except that a complimentary bottle of water would be a nice touch. Many quality hotels give guests water on arrival and even a fresh bottle daily.

Very nice, clean comfortable rooms and very friendly and professional staff. Great location, close to Rundell mall, main bars, cafes and restaurants, also the museum's and botanic gardens.

Sold as a rooftop venue, yet this is only for functions, no bar, which I presumed would be on the rooftop, no pool. Be careful when ordering breakfast as they seem to put a strong green what I think is mint dressing on all the cooked food, and herbs in the scrambled eggs, no sure why they do this and they don't make you aware, so you have to ask for them to leave it off.
