Not too far from groceries shop, petrol station & food, as long as you have car. We like the room view since it is seaview & no blocking. You gonna watch a beatiful sunrise here. We saw kangoroo near the guesthouse, and nearby the resident area, we found wild kola. Even the living hall & dining area are very good view.

The room1 hv limited space, but is enough for short stay. Also, sound proof not too good for the room & it is next to the living hall, so please expect noise in the morning. if you expect to sleep late, then choose another room. No problem for us, since we wanted to wake up early.

The view is incredible and the location handy - a very short drive to the main strip and beach, well worth it for the views. The description matched the actual place and it's affordable. Handy if you have your own food etc as there is a shared kitchen and big living area. Easy to book and get into.

Our room opened onto the communal area, which meant light noise but given the views and price, it was fine. Most of the rooms aren't directly in this spot but still have views etc, so not a hinderance, especially as we were out most of the time. A TV in this room would be great if possible.

view was great, we woke up in the middle of the night to turn off an outside light that was really bright, however we got to see two kangaroos on our balcony which was so cute and unexpected. room was spacious and aircon function really well, big tv and storage space. big common area for dinner. they have a dishwasher which makes things way easier to clean up. parking just outside

there were no staffs around, which wasn't really good because another group of guests were so loud at 1am and we had no one to run for. we didn't wanna cause a drama with other guests without no staff around the bathroom door has clear glass so it's a bit uncomfortable to use it with people around

Great place with amazing views over the ocean. Kangaroos on the property in the evening (and morning) eating grass. Amazing views from the kitchen (all windows). Very quiet place. Good communication was sent before for an easy, independent, contactless arrival.

The internet works only in the common area and not in the rooms. If you are in room 3,4,5,6 (further away), no signal. The rooms are comfortable, but if you are 4 adults in a room (each with a suitcase), there is no space to put the luggage. Although the check-in was very good (all infos sent online), we never met anyone on the property so it felt a little unpersonal. The common cooking area in the kitchen is small and fits only 2 people at most. If several people are trying to cook at the same time, it feels like you are stepping on each other's feet. But the eating area is large, spacious with great views.

Chinese man was extremely kind and helpful. Up graded us to a better room for extra $30 A . Cheaper room was at back of house with no view. Not recommended if you are disabled as it has no access except through the house.

Coffee but no sugar or milk?? Nice place but quite expensive . Great views from the lounge if you like Apollo bay. Apollo Bay is a nothing place. Would not even stop there again. Just another beach side town.

The location was amazing, the view from the room and from the commonal areas was superbe, it was possibile to see all the city and the sea. the room was small but really comfortable. we woke up in the morning and 2 wallabies were having breakfast with some grass just outside the door step. Amazing experince!!!

The room has a private bathroom that was divided just by a cutrain. it is not really private but definately worth it!! its not super easy to find the entrance and the location but the owners provided all the information and picture to find it.

Really beautiful spot- view is amazing, lots of wildlife around in the morning. Close to the little town but feels like an escape Shared facilities are great- clean kitchen and chill out area The bed is so comfortable- clean bedroom, perfect for a shirt stay

The shower is a nightmare 🙈 freezing cold & rubbish pressure. Wei came straight away to help bless him, but after he left the water went cold again. Shower is also old and a bit filthy- the only downside to the property. Having said that it was fine for a night - if I had been staying longer I would of called Wei again

All communication with hosts done by email with clear information provided of location and the pictures of where my room was within the guesthouse made it easy to find. I was prepared to eat out for meals and was only staying the night, so didn't need to sit in the common room where TV was available. Views of the area from front verandah looking over the town and sea were amazing. There were two other guests that I met who were friendly and our rooms were quite seperate so no noise.

No milk in the common fridge. They provided tea, coffee, sugar, but no milk so I couldn't make a much needed cuppa.

Room was clean and comfy with spectacular panoramic views of the ocean. Short drive up hill to accommodation from town centre. Though there was no in person contact with host, the phone was answered immediately. Very spacious "shared" kitchen and lounge facilities.

Disappointing to not have bath mat, hand towel or face washer. Short shower curtain resulted in water splashing well outside shower. Suspect some would struggle with internet check in.
