Very spacious apartment with plenty of room. Single beds in the second bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a seperate toilet was such a bonus! Had we known this room was so spacious and convenient, we would have stayed longer (originally booked for just a quick 1 night on our return home). Staff were exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable (which was very welcoming after a long day of travel). The rooms and kitchen were cleaned very well (a rare experience as I travel a lot for work and I am constantly disgusted at the cleanliness of hotel/motel rooms these days! This one got a 10/10 for the cleaners). The swimming pool and grounds were also clean. The MOR brand toiletries were much better to use than the usual "cheapo" hotel toiletries. The beds were OK for comfort (not perfect for us, we prefer a softer top, but everyone has different tastes and requirements for their comfort). The hotel is not walking distance to the Bendigo CBD, but we have our own vehicle and liked that it was away from the busy traffic noise, hustle and bustle.

Master bedroom could do with an airconditioner - the main one doesn't reach this room very well. We stayed on a 35deg day. Cooler days would be fine :) The only feedback we could give to the apartment owners, (Room 23) is the bathroom floors need to be tiled properly. The stuck down lino upgrade is not waterproof - it's lifting and the shower water pools up & gets underneath each join. The silicone sealer is not doing the job for this. I can only imagine how much black mold would be accumulating underneath the lino. Short term, this might have been a good cosmetic solution, but not a good option for a long-term commercially used bathroom renovation.

Conveniently located on the main road into Bendigo CBD. Reception staff were very helpful. 1 BR apartment was very spacious, clean, quiet and contained all the facilities for in-room catering if desired. Very good value for money - you would normally pay the same for a standard single room. A small swimming pool with good cover was available for guests.

Being a reasonable distance from the town centre means it is not ideal for guests without a car. Decor is a bit "tired". Only the lounge was air-conditioned, so on a hot night the back bedroom was a little warm and stuffy. Check out time was 10am, but the programmed key card was disabled at 9.45am, which meant going to reception to have it turned back on to get last items out of the room.

We loved how big the room was for the price we paid! Everything was amazing We paid a small price and we had a two bedroom apartment when we booked 1, so we just kept the other room clean for them and unused. The tv had its own selection of new movies for free to watch! :) usually we take the Xbox but we didn't need anything but our clothes. The room has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the room was bigger then my unit I live in! If was comfortable and just perfect for us :) only going to stay here from now on :)

We got locked out into the balcony at 8am this morning because we shut the door behind us when we went out for a smoke and that was interesting. Luckily we were on the ground floor haha

The beds and pillows were a good welcome after a long drive from adelaide. Loved that the all the kids had own 2 pillows and great bed to rest. Kitchen facilities were good Towels and soap were great

The walls need a good paint. Looks old. Could be good for them to replace the door lock it was broken. And it will be good that housekeeping knocked first before entering and asked if we needed her later cos we were still resting in bed after the late checking nd she was suddenly in the room

Large apartment, cooking facilities, laundry facilities which would be excellent on a longer stay, very quiet, close to the pool. Rooms were very clean and spacious. 4 adults would be more than comfortable here. 2 toilets and bathrooms are a real bonus. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Our stay there was too short. Being picky the bed could have been a bit more comfortable but certainly wasn't uncomfortable. Cooling was excellent in the lounge area but was a bit warm in the bedroom.

Location, facilities and good sized apartment, plenty of free parking, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Bathroom door handle was broken, everything else was in working order. You have to download an app to learn how to operate the reverse cycle ac, tv, etc. it says on the website that they had late check-in till 10 PM which gave us some flexibility to arrive at our convenience as we were driving from Canberra, but I received a phone call from reception at 8:15 PM just as we had arrived into Bendigo to see how far away we were as check-in was closing at 9 PM, just as we had stopped at the supermarket to buy some food and groceries. So we had to leave and rush to check-in before they closed for the night.

Great suite of rooms with excellent facilities. Teenage kids got a room each which they very much appreciated. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

It was very hot weather when we stayed and the bedrooms had to rely on the single airconditioner in the living room and big fans (supplied) running flat-out to push some wafts of coolness down the hall. It sort of worked, but everyone certainly needed to keep their bedroom doors open! It would be fine in cooler weather, or if the master bedroom had its own AC unit.

The hotel is reasonably conveniently located on a main road, and easy to find. It was spacious and comfortable, and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was especially handy as a family. The kitchen facilities were a welcome addition. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room at the rear, so there was very little traffic noise although we could occasionally hear the train in the distance.

The hotel is not near the centre of town, so guests should be aware of this. There's no tram or train into town from near the hotel. I downloaded the compendium via an app, but there was not much there that I couldn't have found on the web. There's no real view of anything, just suburb, but it wasn't unpleasant.

Quest always offers value for money and Quest Bendigo was no exception. Large, spacious and with all the facilities of home, it made for a wonderful stay. While there were a couple of maintenance issues that could be improved easily, the apartment was more than we expected and we'll definitely return.

Although I'd rate my stay overall as excellent, management might think about ensuring a better cleaning and maintenance program. We only found out on the last day the washing machine leaked and had to put towels down to stop water soaking the carpet. Batteries to remotes needed replacing and the office happily gave those to us but must have forgotten to follow up on the blown light in the main toilet that went unfixed over our 5 night stay. Curtains were also left hanging from broken hooks...although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay it's those little things that are an easy fix that would lift ratings higher...

Apartment was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed... I want that mattress. Located out of city centre, about 3km, so not so far away, close enough to restaurants and shopping centres. We were only there for a couple of nights but would not hesitate to return for a longer stay.

Not a lot to dislike, would be super picky to find something... ok, I couldn't bring the mattress home
