Great location close to the airport. The restaurant served good meals. Had good facilities including a gym and pool. Would stay there again. Could not hear any noise from the planes.

We used this room for a short lay over between domestic and early international flight - I think rooms specifically for this purpose would be a good idea - ie we needed a bed and toilet nothing else. A service where you didn't waste linen would be smart especially if it was cheaper - I felt bad that all the towels etc would have to be washed when we didn't need them. As we arrived late at night and renovations were taking place it was a bit hard to find the entrance and the foyer smelt like wet carpet which was off putting - luckily the room was good. Being able to select a room with no bar (and then reduce the admin) and number of towels would be good for a location like this. We are too old for camping in the departure lounge but a short stay ie under 8 hours option would be good.

Parking. Car park undergoing maintenance. Not hotel’s fault , but melb airport park was a disaster. Was advised by hotel staff to park on level 3 but was quite a long and not direct walk to get to hotel. So after check out I left my 90 yr old mum on level 2 (outside hotel lifts), to wait there whilst I fetched the car. I then could not get the car anywhere near there to collect her . Total disaster Re car park !!!! Luckily, a lovely ground staff lady walked her to the only working lifts and brought her down to level 1 to meet me , but this was after 15 mins of me trying to access any part of carpark near the lifts .

I loved everything! From the location which is so close to the airport to the restaurant and bar. Our nachos was excellent as was our breakfast which they brought to our room as we had a very early flight out. The pool and sauna were sensational. The steam room was not working properly (way too hot and dangerous), but the rest was perfect so just didn't use it. Loved the staff as they were all so friendly. Our room was huge and bed super comfy. Definitely will be back!

The steam room was not working properly. When you turned it on it was so steamy and hot that it was not safe to use. We used the sauna instead plus the pool/spa, so we were happy.

Our flight got cancelled, so we needed a room for the night as close to the airport as possible. This hotel was perfect for that. The view of the airport was also good, the kids enjoyed it. Room was spacious enough, beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast included in the price was also good and cheered up the family after our cancelled flight.

The price we paid was higher than the nearby hotels. So, we expected a bit more. There were no complimentary snacks/drinks provided in the room. We were also charged incorrectly for the minibar items, which we asked to be removed from the bill.

Great choice of food. Fresh. Nice to get a barrista made coffee and eggs as you like them for no additional cost. Although we didn't have it also nice to know we could have had Asian breakfast choices. Loved that the fruit and yoghurt and meat selection was in a chilled glass cabinet. We also liked the electric do not disturb switch in our room. The king bed and pillow supper comfy, the tv huge and nice to have the personalized welcome on it. The shower was hot. Loved the large couch in the room and that there was heaps of room to spread out our luggage. Robes for our use too.

Triage the reception desk. One for people with bookings and one for walk ins. We arrived after midnight and there was a queue. The staff were all lovely. Didn't like leaving after only one night. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Mixed messages from the staff. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing. In visit one, staff said we could have 2 wake up call times, but then they cancelled the earlier one without telling us. If we hadn;t also set out alarms we would have missed our international flights and it would have been a complete disaster! On second stay staff said we could leave one of our bags in concierge for a couple of days but the next morning the staff were very reluctant and had to ask senior supervisor; all seemed tacky and unprofessional.

The buffet breakfast, restaurant, pool, health club were fantastic. The room was lovely too and we loved the complimentary toiletries especially the hand cream, shampoo and body wash. We also really enjoyed the complimentary Vittoria pod coffee and the Dilmah tea was delicious. The room had everything we needed for our one night stay before flying out on holidays.

We found the room bathroom to be a little run down with some signs of mould in the spa and shower. But apart from that were very happy with the stay and would definitely come back.

Convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from Melbourne Airport terminals is the main reason we choose this hotel. The restaurant was excellent this stay with a well presented and well executed two or theee course set menu as well as a la cartel options. We chose the three course set menu and were not disappointed, though my cheese board, while delicious, was huge. Thank goodness for a hungry husband to share it. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and well appointed though I found my mattress a bit hard and my pillows a bit soft. I wasn’t impressed to see a tray of room service plates from the previous occupants outside our door both on our arrival and hours later after we returned from dinner. That aside, this is a good, solid hotel and we will return.

Very close to the airport. Lovely check in staff. Room was a generous size with an amazing fully stocked bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.

You could smell the aviation fuel burn off through the hotel air conditioning. One of your bar staff, Josh, was more interested in talking to two male customers at the bar than helping other patrons. We waited for quite some time, without any acknowledgment, until he asked another staff member to serve us so he could continue his conversation. One of our businesses is in the hospitality industry. If our staff were to behave in this manner, they could expect a written warning.
