Convenient for business. Good car parking.

Poorly signposted - Dingley Hotel is actually the massive pokie hall, not pleasant. Accommodation is at Dingley Motel at opposite end of complex. Bistro was OK - not great value for money.

We stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Very spacious room, 2 king beds with lots of room to move about the room. Modern bathroom and ample storage for luggage. Ceiling to floor windows gave the room lovely light and block out curtains kept the room nice and dark in the morning. Beds were super comfy. Staff are lovely and pleasant to deal with. The hotel common areas were very neat and our room was always well cleaned. Kids loved the pool and the complimentary gated parking area was perfect for our needs. The rooms were nice and quiet and had everything you could need. The bistro at the Dingley hotel was the perfect place for a family catch-up. We ate there twice and the meals and service from Abby was excellent. Loved being able to walk back to our room after a couple of drinks with dinner. Great value for money. We look forward to returning.

The landscaping of the pool needs an update ,(peeling paint) and needs new poolside furniture but the pool itself is great and our family enjoyed many afternoons there. Lack of towel racks. The double towel rack only held 2 towels but there were 4 of us and we tried not to replace towels every day.

The room size was the largest i have stayed in a hotel till now. All amenities were good. Nice view of the green area . Quiet . Plenty of parking. Nice staff. The restaurant looked very nice and was always lot of people there, but due to time constraint we could not go . I would recommend to stay here if you have to go to Penguin Parade as it shortens the distance compared to if you were travelling from the city ( i.e if you are driving) It was close to Brighton Beach.

Since it is only 2 levels , there was no lift so could be a problem for people with limited mobility & so they should request a room on the ground floor.

This place is value for money! We travelled from Sydney to Melbourne for the Swifty concert LOL. It really is a hidden Gem. It had everything we needed for a family of 2 adults, a teen and a toddler. We didn’t have to break the bank. Check in staff were lovely, we got everything we needed in our room, 2 comfortable beds, great shower, foxtel, the usual necessities in a room. Loved the block out curtains. We were honestly happy to hang and chill in our room. Bathroom was very clean and so was the room. We were very happy with our stay

Not related to our accomodation - but we had dinner at the bistro next door. Location was very convenient but honestly it was below average. The place was packed, so we were excited - packed house = great food surely. 2 Rumps at almost $50 each was so burnt and I could honestly find no positives but we were starving. It put us off having food from there for the remainder of our stay. Bistro honestly 2/10.

Great modern rooms with ample space. Clean and updated bathrooms. Hotel was happy to upgrade our room as requested the day prior to check-in as there was availability. 24 hour reception is also handy.

No elevator, only stairs which is difficult for families with prams or minor handicaps such as arthritis. There were no books in the room to tell you what facilities were available or where to locate them. The only information was a room service menu and breakfast serving times. I was also confused for ‘house keeping’ when asking where the guest laundry was located.

We chose the hotel because it was convenient to a business that we needed to visit. We were without a car for part of the time so the proximity of the excellent restaurant was a great bonus. The staff were pleasant and obliging. The room was comfortable and clean. It was beautifully quiet. Public transport is reasonably accessible. Bus to train.

The hotel met our requirements in all respects but for other travellers it is worth mentioning that it is in a light industrial/ business area and would not necessarily be in a tourist location. Our room might have been better served with a lounge instead of two queen beds.

wow. what a great sized room and so convenient to many things including of course their hotel, bistro and pool/spa. I loved the fact that our vehicles could be secured away from the hotel area and locked away if needed, as I always worry about stuff like that. Big carparks are scary! The bistro is open all day and I sauntered in at 4 p.m. got an early tea - steak and garlic butter, salad and chips. huge! absolutely delicious, as were the two martinis and coffee - I’d come from a small rural arts and I was very stressed with those high bridges and the amount of traffic! lovely receptionists, everything clean and tidy! love it!

I can’t think of anything

Staff were excellent very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our interactions, room was clean and exactly what was required we used in house dining which was very quick and delicious!

Couldn't fault too much went for breakfast which was a little confusing difficult to locate staff but once located service was terrific and food very nice.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Checking in & out was easy. The bed was comfy. Snacks, coffee, and tea were available in the room. The kids enjoyed it. Also, I like that they let us book the Queen Room (usually for 2) that we use for the entire family (2 adults + 2 kids) [discussed over a phone call].

(1) There is no central switch for the light & electricity (like most hotels do, by using their door key [card] as a switch). (2) The text "Accommodation" in front of the lobby might not be intuitive (especially for foreign tourists). Why not put the hotel name instead of "accommodation"?
