People at Quest Moorabin is really accommodative and when their place is unexpectedly unavailable they’re doing their best to accommodate me and my family. Even comping up the parking fee at Quest Brighton as amenities matching

The staff at Quest Brighton does not really know the arrangement until I escalate it to a manager. And one of the staff attitude in Quest Brighton is standoffish and not pleasant to deal with, although the manager at Quest Brighton was pleasant, accommodating and know my predicament

Lovely little apartments. The room was very clean and spacious for a studio. The bed was also surprisingly comfy for 2 singles together. It was nice to have a bathroom that you could move around in and the shower was great. We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending an event nearby, although if it wasn't for that I'd probably choose a locations closer to transport. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. Had a great stay. Thank you 😊

Probably the location. Was alot further from public transport than originally thought. But that was fine.

We had a one-bedroom studio apartment with kitchen. It was located on the ground floor. There was plenty of room in the apartment for us and it was fabulous to have a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge was very comfortable.

I suggest having a product like Jif to clean the sink and bench top. We used the sink to wash up. There was still some food remnants in the strainer.

we had a lot of trouble with the door keys and several times had to get a staff member to open the door for us. Felt sorry for the staff as they were unfailingly nice, and the problem was out of their control. And it was apparently a problem with all the rooms! Hopefully, Quest will fix the issue quickly.

Very quiet location. Great car park with easy access to my second floor room. Felt safe and comfortable the while time.

Nothing. It was all wonderful and easy access to shops and facilities.

no information offered to us about dining/food delivery/breakfast options as shown on Quest website a few maintenance issues in the room - loose tap, ineffective shower screen no service on the weekend so rubbish built up water pressure a bit weak car park could be bigger

The receptionist was lovely and bubbly and obliging. The cleaner was very kind, he helped me get into my room, I couldn't get the card to work. The location was great.

There was hair in the shower and the hard ridge where the 2 single beds meet isn't nice. Aside from that it was great.

I thought the room was spacious and very comfortable. It also included everything that I needed. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was great, including the kitchen facilities.

I think the lounge furniture could have been a little more comfortable. I was a little surprised that I had to carry my luggage upstairs? Either a lift or offer of help would have been nice as I was on my own. Also I couldn't access reception on the Sunday and I wanted to leave some keys for a family member to collect.

Spacious rooms.

the washing machine in our room did not work well. since we checked in during christmas and new year, the washing machine did not get a chance to be fixed too.

We were attending a function not far from the apartments , a short walk. Parking on site at the apartments very easy to access.

No instructions in the room on how to operate the washing machine and dryer. It all looked a little tired, needs a bit of a freshen up.
