The location was really convenient as close enough to the city, without the big price tag. Being right next door to a major shopping centre was also very convenient. Beds were comfy, room was perfect for our needs. The parking was great too, lots of space, but I think if you're a guest of the hotel, and a member of the All Accor program, perhaps it could be reduced to $10 a night, or free.

The buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection of food available for the price. The staff were under the pump, so there were a lot of tables that were empty but still had plates from the previous person. The buffet area wasn't as clean as I have seen at other hotels, but again, I think it was because the staff that were there were so busy.

The room was modern and spacious

The room was well set up, especially for disabled customers. However we are fortunately able-bodied and found the bathroom lacking in practicalities. Eg. No shelving near hand basin, no towel hooks near shower, no shelf in shower for own toiletries etc. Bathroom floor became very wet due to use of shower curtain ( suitable for disabled customers) so getting from shower to the only available towel hook meant traversing a wet floor. Nowhere to put toilet bag, makeup case, clean clothes etc.

When I arrived to the room, expecting a double sized / king sized bed I found two single beds partly put together. Room service was done in the afternoon instead of in the morning meaning when we arrived back to the room at 1.30pm, the room was not cleaned and we left the room at 9am in the morning. The room cleaners knocked on our door when we arrived back from shopping. We were expecting to have a rest. Also, every time we went to depart from the car park the boom gate wouldn’t open and we had to call the reception to open the gate several times. it was becoming very frustrating.

Breakfast needs improvement- cereal selection very basic, baked goods heavy and didn’t taste fresh, bacon not cooked properly, fruit tasteless , and I didn’t like the way milk was presented in their original bottles nor the one block of butter in a dish. Oatmeal very watery and was not well cooked. Omelette made to order was good though. It isn’t difficult to prepare an appetising breakfast buffet - for the price charged it should be much better.

Newness of the hotel meant it was clean and in good condition. Our room was quiet and car-parking was undercover [basement]. The view across Doncaster and Templestowe from our room was excellent.

Entry to the carpark is designed for small vehicles and required care to avoid damage. Car park exiting process is clumsy and officious, it would be problematic in an emergency situation. Our room was sealed - windows could not be opened and there's no balcony so there's NO fresh air.

Great location close to shopping centre, modern new facilities, exceptionally clean

Unfortunately I chose the breakfast option as we had a very early start to the day. Being a weekend we could not access the breakfast service before 7am and there was no option to order prior to 7am, which resulted in me paying for breakfast that we could not access. They very kindly after I suggested provided parking for free due to the breakfast option not being available

All in all the hotel was very good, check in and out was fast and staff were very polite, we used the pool facilities which were good when it wasn't packed then it becomes loud and when children are splashing everyone not a fun experience. Staff were friendly and quick in the resturant and room service.

My only critiques would be more on the menus not everyone likes Mexican food and on the room service menu no dessert for adults we had to order children's. Also the breakfast maybe a little more variety, some pancakes, French toast, more muffin type things and in busy times to keep things stocked there was a huge rush when we went for breakfast and there was no fruit left juice was done to the last bits and people are rude pushing over other people.

Very comfortable, quiet room. Room was serviced early every day & well done. Staff polite & helpful. Easy access to car park. Great location for us as family live close to hotel. Good being so close to large shopping centre.

Price of basic breakfast. A few problems initially with bathroom door lock (shouldn’t have lock on this door) which jammed when door shut. This was sorted out very quickly by staff.

The location is very handy for shopping at Westfields, which was great and I enjoyed using the pool. Overall I would definitely stay again.

I stayed for 5 nights, for breakfast on my first morning I had the hot buffet, but it was mostly cold, so on the following days I got the chef to cook poached eggs or an omelette for me and they were lovely. You also had to put your toast through the toaster at least 4 times to even get it slightly brown.

Breakfast was great and really handy for us as we were travelling in a group and needed to be places at certain times - so it mean we could plan to be in and out within certain timeframes

Cutlery and crockery in the rooms for Uber Food. We arrived after the room service closed on the first night and when we got Uber eats there was nothing to eat it with. A bigger range of tea bags/coffee would have been nice.
