The room and beds were clean, comfortable and met all our needs. The air conditioning helped us extremely in managing the heat. The room came with free wifi, although spotty at times, as well as tea and biscuits. The fridge and toaster were extremely useful to us for storing and preparing small food. Very good room for the price we paid.

Preparing food did lure some small ants but they were not a big deal.

When you're on holiday and already exhausted, a warm smile and welcoming atmosphere makes a big difference. I really appreciate Peter and Kathy for going above and beyond. Allowing us to check in earlier and checking on us if we need something. Peter was really good and patient with my kids . I appreciate your kindness. Thank you. We had a wonderful stay. We got the family room and the beds are comfy. Will definitely be booking again when holidaying in Melbourne.

Great location, close to shops and cafes and public transport. Our room was set back from main road so not much traffic noise.

Having to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs to our room. Our room had a door to an adjoining room which made noise from the next room very loud. The couple next to us were arguing and it was like they were right in our room.

I recently had a wonderful stay in Tasmania. The accommodations were exceptional, offering clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The locations were perfect, providing easy access to local attractions and beautiful scenery. Overall, a highly recommended experience for anyone visiting Tasmania.

Location, free parking, awesome helpful staff. Easy to find, close to Freeway and DFO, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Tram across the road, just a great spot to base if you're in Melbourne and have a Myki card, ready to jump on the tram!

The rooms were a little dated but completely acceptable. Some people might be more precious than us, but it was a comfy, safe bed for the night and we loved our little adventure in the 'big smoke'.

The price was good value for money the family room was big enough so u didnt feel like ur on top of each other there was room to move around ( im pregnant and if we ever down that way again n looking for a place to stay i would book here as the room we had would fit a portacot in it easy with lost of room still spare for the family ) we had the large family room that had 4 single beds n a double/queen? Bed great price too for my family of 5 the owners /staff where lovely and friendly and so accommodating We asked if we could get our key early ( we didn't need access to room early ) as we had a festival to go to and didn't know what time we be back and they were more than happy to let us pick up the key early on the day of our booking The beds were very very comfortable for a motel we weren't expecting them to be that comfortable kids wanted to steal the mattresses😂😂 that's how good they were I suffer hip and pelvic issues and wake up very sore n stiff most days but I woke up no so stuff n sore had a gd night sleep part from the hubby snoring

Only thing I think that could be improved on was the shower head it didn't spray the water out as its ment to but we were there one night so it wasn't a big deal prob just needs a head replacement I did let the owner/staff know just incase they didn't But it's nothing really didn't effect our stay

Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location is prime for what we were doing down there

If I could think of anything , the rooms are a little out dated and could do with some renovations. But they were clean and tidy and well presented and staff were very helpful

The room was perfect for what we needed it for. The staff we interacted with were really friendly. It was a great location, close to a tram stop and train station, and a few cafe's/restaurants were just a short walk away. Would stay again if I need to be in that part of the city.

TV reception was a little glitchy but we didn't have time to use it much anyway

The cabin is of perfect size. Facilities included everything we needed as a family. The beds are comfy, the kitchen works for those who want to cook, the pieces of furniture are just right and the bathroom's hot water and toilet work 100%. The playground is close by. The cabin configuration is excellent. The location is an ideal base for skiing. The town of Bright has everything you need and more - supermarket, coffee shops, ski shops, regular shops, restaurants etc.
