Very clean and modern. Rooms were so spacious with plenty of room to stretch out. Great location close to the city 10-20 min from all the big attractions which was nice! Amazing value for money. The breakfast was a favourite for us. All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming. They would all stop and say hello to our little one too. The chefs were so friendly too! After coming back from the Taylor concert, they were vacuuming and mopping the lobby and they stopped vacuuming and mopping to welcome me back in and have it “quiet” which was such a lovely gesture other hotels don’t think of. Also the rooms were so quiet. For a hotel that was busy this weekend we heard no one coming or going! We usually stay in the centre of Melbourne when we travel but this is definitely our new go to! Can’t wait to come back soon!

Spacious room with two queen size beds, very clean and modern room. The espresso coffee at the downstairs bar was really good, although was added cost. While not undercover, the secured onsite parking was convenient and free as part of the room reservation.

The sensor in the bathroom didn't operate correctly, we were unable to manually turn off the lighting. This meant during the night we had light coming through the glass door from the bathroom into the room. Ended up being ok as we were up during the night with our baby, otherwise it would have been quite annoying having the light filter into the room when trying to sleep. Coffee pods in the room didn't hit the spot (they never do) would rather a plunger for caffeine hit and flavour.

Location is fabulous for the airport. We stayed before and after an international flight and it was brilliant. Nearby supermarkets really handy for any last minute needs. Excellent new and very clean rooms, very comfortable beds and great bathroom. Shower is awesome. Incredibly quiet, didn't hear another guest during our stay. Leaving the car for 2 weeks was easy. Just out front in hotel carpark. Staff friendly and very helpful. Shuttle very handy to get to airport. All really made for a relaxed departure!

Only issue was the lack of attention to detail. On both occasions we didn't have enough towels for guests booked and there was no amenities in shower on the initial stay. We also had an issue with the shuttle pick up where our names were not on the list and being the last shuttle of the night, we almost missed it.

The room size is amazing and the shower is excellent. The room was clean, tidy and had all the amenities necessary. We ordered room service and the staff member came back to check on us and ensure we had received everything which is fantastic. Being close to the airport, DFO and other facilities is a bonus.

The only issue is the placement of the TV which meant we had to lie on our side as the TV is to the left of the bed when looking at the bed, rather than being directly in front of the bed.

very easy check in, response to messages, and general help as required. as we were attending fir an amputee conference there were a number of wheelchairs and crutches and other needs that needed to be considered. breakfast and all good options were excellent.

wheelchair access in rooms is difficult . the room door is very heavy to open . to access the bathroom there are no grab rails at toilet or shower, but main restriction is a protruding sliding door that reduces pathway discs and if in a larger wheelchair you may not be able to access bathroom

Shower facilities, bed comfort, 5 mins walk to food stores. Good Bar on the ground floor

The room would be better as TV stands on the right wall from bed. No miromave in the King Room. bedside lamp not working so reported the repection on 1st night stay but the manitance wasn't available at the time, follow morning the manager say nothing they can do for lamp. As a result I am quite disappointed

We arrived late at night but were greeted with a smile and was helpful at check-in as we needed a new remote for the TV

They may need to show a little more detail in maintenance. Its not that old but a couple of things could have been better, the spring on the push down plug was broken, and you had to lift it up to drain the sink after washing your hands or brushing your teeth. The TV was in a funny location in relation to the bed.

Double queen sized beds x 2 and a very luxurious bathroom, welcoming staff, great location near La Manna and bottle shop, fantastic restaurant at Mr Mcrackens, $10 parking, well maintained.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as the accomodation, not sure about the overabundance of dried herbs and cheese on breakky tomatoes, not good for health/allergy. Not complaining as always lucky to have food but $44 is a lot of money for toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, a few deli items and reconstituted juice.

Our fourth stay at this hotel. Location is everything for an early flight from Melb airport Fresh new hotel, rooms spacious and very quiet, shower is excellent after a long flight. Excellent well priced option. Shuttle is an added bonus if it works in with your timings

Staff are a bit lacking in customer service, not very engaging and quite robotic. Rooms lack a bit of detail like no wine or water glasses.
