Location excellent for our return stay and my husband's return admission at Royal Melbourne. I like the decor that softens the room. We were fortunate on our first stay to get a larger apartment for the price of a one-bedroom but the smaller one met our needs. We would really like to try out that pool and spa and the gym next time.

A less stressful way to obtain the keys and put less pressure on staff. My husband was supposed to be out of hospital the following morning but ended up there up to 9pm the next day. I was working two hours away and despite leaving earlier it was still difficult to get there in plenty of time to meet the staff member. He was wonderful and very understanding but I felt bad that I couldn't get there any earlier than before 6pm.

The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for four people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable, excellent showers and having a washer and dryer was great. We used the pool which was set in a beautiful outdoor space. The location and proximity to major hospitals is a benefit. Communication and service by staff was great.

Gorvett and his friendly smile welcoming us, answered any questions I had with kindness. When I walked into rm 1015 WOWSA the view magnificient couch comfortable for sitting and lying on, beds comfortable. The balconey has sliders all round so you can block the wind off somewhat and still see the amazing view of the docklands and the city skyscape :) beautiful, beautiful! I enjoyed everything about turnkey especially the easeability of getting there and travel via tram at your doorstep. Perfect for my appointment across the road at the Royal Melb hospital. I will always choose Turnkey 1st. Thank you for making my stay in the BIG SMOKE so comfortable and friendly. Great cafe just around the corner french pastries, baguettes, pies, toasties and really good coffee with welcoming smiley customer service.

The only downfall no salt and pepper as resturants don't seem to give them with takeaways meals anymore and I didn't think to pack those two with the vegimite.

We liked everything about the accommodation very much. Gorvett was the perfect host- prompt, helpful, friendly and a good communicator. The apartment was spacious, completely self contained, clean, quiet and with a lovely view over the pool to the cbd. Access was easy. The parking secure and dedicated to the apartment. The amenities were wonderful- pool, spa, gym and garden etc. Great location- short walk to tram stop. Cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets were close by. Everything was exceptionally good for our 5 night stay, thank you.

No criticisms whatsoever

The location was excellent. The tram stops right out of the front. 7 Eleven, Dominos and GyG near by for easy access food. The facilities (room, gym, pool) were great.

Google Maps took me to the wrong side of the block, leading me down the police driveway I also struggled slightly to find the garage entrance.

Everything was really good. Great rooms/space. Everything we needed for our stay. The pool/BBQ area was nice but we didnt know to book the BBQ.

The only thing we found odd was th property manager. Kids playing in the pool were told off for laughing but we were the only other people in the pool area and we didnt have an issue with it. We also went to use the BBQ and were told that there was a reservation and couldnt use it. Then he let us use it and the other reservation didnt turn up until about 1hr after we finished eating. We hung out in the pool.

The property was clean, modern and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the unit had everything we needed. Close to trams, hospital and Queen Victoria Markets and only a short uber ride to the city. Manager was very nice, accomodating and very flexible.

Property was a little smaller than I expected however; that was only perception on my behalf. No 24 hr reception however; manager very accomodating.

Govett was a wonderful host. He met us out the front, showed us to car park and how to access the lifts and room. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could need. Nice and clean.

The towels could do with an upgrade. They are quite thin.

The smell of smoke when I arrived. I actually opened all the doors, left them open for a while and bought a scented candle to diffuse it. May have been the previous occupants but it seemed to have subsided or I just didn't notice it anymore. Loved it overall and initial meeting and onboarding and was great!
