We travelled with a service dog and 2 people with disability. The staff were wonderful, kind, and super thoughtful. They put out a water bowl and even made a little bed for our pup. She was working exceptionally hard during our stay, and we were all very grateful to have a welcoming, safe space to come 'home' to. Thank you for being so thoughtful. We really appreciated it. Would highly recommend.

Nothing really. Everything was clean and easy to access. Being able to come and go easily was helpful and it was perfectly central to where we needed to be.

So clean. Spacious! Plenty of surfaces for all your 'stuff' which is rare. I couldn't hear any traffic.

Bathroom suggestions. In room 105 there's a step up into the shower which I didn't see and hurt my big toe. Might I suggest some reflector tape on it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs attention - you can hear it working but it's not at all effective. The shower recess needed a good scrub too - probably as a result of an ineffective fan.

Nice Big rooms plenty of space. The parking is great if your got a car. Good shower. Close to Railway station and 3 hotels are near by. Large East land shopping centre is about 2 Kms away.

The worst Pillows in the world.. There budget pillows Budget Budget Pillows .. Big tip bring your own pillow.. In saying this i will be returning and other wise very happy with the place and good price ..

Were very surprised to find the room was so large and looked like it had been recently renovated. Great shower, comfortable bed, and tea and coffee facilities.

There is no lift however fortunately we were on the ground floor. The rooms all open out to the large conference/function room whish has not been updated as yet. Motel was hard to find but worth it in the end.

it was a unique location because although it wasn’t in a busy area as you would have thought having a HWY address, it was situated NEAR everything Public Transport and a massive Shopping Mall, Eastland, was 15 minutes away by car or bus! AND I loved the soaps/shampoo. It’s not often you get a pleasant surprise like that in a value for money Hotel.

There was no lift and I didn’t know that, so lugging my 18kg suitcase upstairs was inconvenient BUT as I told the manager, I had removed my ‘ground floor’ request so it was kind of my fault.

The large room exceeded my expectations. Modern , super clean , comfortable. Loved the bench space. Plenty of room to move and place my items.

One more milk portion would have been good, as I drink lots of tea and coffee. The window was open, but I didn’t discover that until the next morning. I wondered why I had asthma, as normally cold air triggers it. Now I know!

Location was a bit far from city but the highway is very close. Nice and quiet. Very clean and awesome modern bathroom. Beds were comfortable and lots of space inside the accommodation. Free parking with plenty of spaces.

Location was good for us with our car but without the car it would be not so convenient.

Really well located for our purposes, convenient to a huge variety of dining options. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and staff were amazing

The only ‘complaint’ I could make is that the wi-fi reception is lousy, but this is a city issue so I can’t put the blame on the hotel.

Plenty of space in room and very clean. Full sized fridge, and comfortable beds. Very Free car parking. Easy distance to Eastland.

A lift would be good to reach upper floor instead of stairs, particularly when elderly. However, I will request a ground floor room in future, which shouldn't be a problem.

Conveniently located. Covered parking. Room was clean and spacious for the 3 of us traveling. Front desk attend was nice and helpful.

Pretty run down old hotel. Carpeting was clean but worn. No elevator from the underground parking to the hotel rooms.
