The staff were super friendly & helpful, they let me check in early as I had to drop off a campervan. The first apartment I was given had no hot water but they quickly allowed me to shower in another room then the following day they upgraded me to a new room with a view over the lake & sea which was awesome. It is a quiet location with lovely grounds & coastal walks but it is also only a 20 minute walk to a station so you can get downtown in less than an hour. There are some nice pubs near the station.

Some parts of the properties are a little tired like the bathrooms. They do not clean your room unless you are staying for at least 7 nights. The road outside seems to be used as a drag strip where people with loud cars can burn up & down late into the night, it can disturb your sleep.

The apartment was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. The lounge area had water views. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was light and airy and had a large sliding door giving access to the veranda with a table and chairs.

Towels were not very high quality. Bathroom is a little dated but quite serviceable. The apartment is not well insulated against noise from other apartments but there was no road noise as it was set back away from the road in a quiet area.

The staff are outstanding and the apartments are really clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are well equipped too.

While it's very clean, it really could do with some maintenance. For example, the bath tap fell off, the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. The washing machine buttons were broken. There's quite a bit of probably possumn poo by the pool. The beds aren't kig beds but are two beds joined together, which is fine, but they are only joined together by the sheet so they move and it's not that comfortable on the join. This would not stop us coming back though!

lovely view over the wetlands. the washing machine and dryer very every useful, the room at downstairs and up stairs toilet, bath tub as well as shower. well lit room.

parking was a bit hard, the bays are layed out a bit small for the number of large utes common for guests. My room had ants in it, thought the room would get cleaned on saturday and they would address this but must not be weekend housekeeping. reception was unstaffed on arrival and it was a wet and cold wait at the phone for someone to come and staff the desk, but they were fast and friendly.

View of the wetlands waterway bay. Balcony view amazing would have loved to spend daytime afternoon here, afternoon etc. Staff excellent. Managing on their own incredible. Front of house welcoming well groomed helpful informative. Genuinely friendly. Apartment was clean and bedding fresh.

The shower tub was very creaky and the pool seemed like the water could have been cleaner. The chemicals in the hot spa were overwhelming. How often is it checked by a professional? Wish I'd known there were only stairs to access room, I'm on waiting list for knee surgery. No bottled water as clean drinking water, only bottle in fridge been there for unknown time and also nothing to purify(boil) the water. Cleaning staff leaving towels and laundry in gardens as if someone had a fight and littered their bedding outside. Please provide cleaners with trolleys to work.

The apartment was spacious and clean, so quiet and the location on the reserve area with the ocean behind was just perfect for us. The sounds of birds and frogs in the evening with the distant ocean, the early morning breeze, the quiet garden right outside the door and not too many buildings around made for a really peaceful stay. The apartment itself was stocked with everything we needed, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the central heating worked very well and bonus being silent unlike many.

The shower and bath taps all leaked profusely, the blinds in the bedroom need replacing badly, and the bathroom fan was also hideously loud, enough so that I felt bad using it. Those and the hairdryer seem to be 20 years older than everything else, which is a shame as everything else is really lovely. Nothing big, just some small improvements would make a huge difference to a lovely place.

Stayed in 2 bedroom unit, living area downstairs 2 bedrooms upstairs each with a bathroom. Additional toilet downstairs. Was comfortable clean and basic ammenities, not overly fancy modern but it was comfortable. Small balcony off main bedroom upstairs, which overlooked small lake and the ocean great views. Sliding door out to the garden area (not private area) Would stay again.

Would have been good to have chair and tables at the back ground level, there waas only 1 or 2 of the total of the rooms had access to this maybe because it is so public.

Apartment very clean,all appliances and big for the family. Nice with swimming pool and Spa. Good that it's close to Mac donalds and short distance to shops. Nice to go for a walk around lakes. Netflix on tv. Not working,(to watch a movie with the family😊) Try to fix it and log in with my account,but didn't work. Area (Main Road) long distance to turn into hotels area and Not good all around main road,eg. Electricity towers around.

Location is great, short drive to Melbourne city centre, close to multiple restaurants and takeaway places. Pool looks great but l haven't used it. Close to good walking tracks along the Bay. Apartment was well equipped for long stays, we were only a one night stay, clean and ac/heating good. On our last stay bed was uncomfortable, but not this stay as both queen beds were comfortable. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Nothing, all good

The apartment was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I asked for extra towels and the staff were very helpful. The quilt had a couple of stains, and they changed it straight away. The apartment has everything you need for a long or short holiday. It's near a supermarket and restaurants and cafes, and it was very quiet.

Nothing major.. the tap in the kitchen was lost, and they said they'll look into it.
