Very good pool, a good steam room, good breakfast, very nice position. The gym is acceptable if you don't have to train seriously. The staff is nice. The view from my apartment was worth the price. The bathroom was luxurious.

Certain parts of the room were not very clean (under the sink). If it is cold outside, the pool is not the best place to be. What they call a spa is just a complex large jacuzzi, which is not bad. On the week-end, the trams do not get you to the front door of the hotel, and you would have to walk around 20 mins from Southern Cross - not a big deal, but it is worth to know -. The most annoying thing: we asked to have our pillow changed because my partner is allergic to goose down, and it never happened.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vibe Hotel Docklands! The staff were exceptional and so accomodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our view was so pretty with the ferris wheel and cityscape (see photos attached!). The pool- particularly the spa, was an absolute highlight of our stay. It was so nice at night with the lights and view of the city, and made for a perfect winter escape. We already can't wait to return. I love the fact that you can cast anything you want to the tv too, instead of being stuck with the basic channels. The breakfast was nice too! No faults at all. See you next time, Vibe!

My stay at the Vibe Hotel in Melbourne was a pleasant experience. The hotel delivers a perfect blend of comfort, modern design, and convenience. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, it’s an excellent option for a relaxing stay in the heart of the city. The tram is located right outside the hotel and takes you anywhere you want to go within 15 minutes! The docklands are also a beautiful area. What I Liked: 1. Central Location The hotel’s location is superb, making it easy to explore Melbourne’s top attractions, dining spots, and shopping areas—all within walking distance. 2. Modern and Stylish Rooms The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and feature modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and large windows offering great city views. 3. Friendly Staff The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help with any requests or recommendations for local activities. 4. Facilities The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a pool area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

One of the ladies at reception was quite blunt and needs to work on being a bit friendlier to customers.

Called room service numerous times and had no luck, was told we could book for buffet dinner with the hotel but turned then got told by staff the hotel don’t no buffet dinner, first time I couldn’t pay half cash and half card for our stay so spent a whole hour looking for an atm machine to withdraw more cash, was told our room will have an extra bed for our 16 year old daughter but reception said they don’t supply extra beds after we booked for 2 adults and a 16 year old way before we arrived. Hotel was cool but just some things that were annoying with staff especially when checking in… Besides all of this, I Would definitely recommend this place to others though and stay again xx

the room was good would've been nice if there was a balcony felt a bit stuffy and needed better ventilation, the beds were fine and comfortable, needed better pillows they were too soft! Overall the room was great and the hotel was good staff were friendly the location was excellent, especially with the tram stop outside the main entrance and so easy to get around and the shopping strip across the road had you covered from supermarkets, sushi, burgers, ice creams clothing, footwear it really had all that you needed!

only issue that there wasn't a balcony and ventilation in the room and bathrooms need upgrading felt a bit stuffy!

Great location with a free parking nearby incl free 15 min drop off area. Good breakfast in lovely area. Quick check in. Clean room with nice view. Jacuzzi. Comfortable bed with great shower facilities.

Uncomfortable check in / rest area - very small. Bar is small, infront of the elevators. Wine was served warm when it should be cold. Pool was freezing , no towels. All towels were used and staff couldn't provide new one. Had to go downstairs to reception to inform and then wait 30 min. Very unpleasant. No privacy in gym, because pool towels pick up is there and guests always passing / waiting to get new fresh towels.

The beds were very comfortable. The choice at breakfast was excellent. The staff members were very friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights. The chambermaid didn’t fully hoover the room and the first morning she left teacups unwashed and on the second morning she removed the cups from the room. On the third day we didn’t leave the room due to torrential rain in Melbourne and managed to hang unto the replacement cups we got from the ground floor coffee shop. The swimming pool is shared with a tall block of flats. The chance of getting a lounger is minimal.

The location is within the free city tram zone, at a quieter zone of the Melbourne CBD ... easy to reach points of interest within the city. The hotel complimentary breakfast was offering a good range of continental food. The swimming pool has a great view of the Victoria Harbour and is well maintained. The bedroom was spacious with a good size.bathroom, with an angle view of Victoria Harbour from the window.

Perhaps due to safety, the windows cannot be opened and this results in no fresh air coming into the bedroom.

From the moment we arrived, customer service was excellent, staff at reception were always welcoming and helpful when we asked questions. We were on the 10th floor in the bigger room (48m2), with the waterview, we had our 17 year old with us as she was attending the Cold Play concert at the Marvel Stadium, she slept on the pullout sofa bed, in the lounge, so she had her own little space. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, we had a bath in our bathroom, so hubby had a nice long soak after dinner on our first night. Bed was super comfy and the pillows were our favourite things about the bed, I checked out the brand and have looked into ordering us some. We used the trams this time, convenient as the stop is out the front door of the hotel and as long as you stayed within the CBD, they were free. We had breakfast on our last morning before we checked out, if you booked brekky beforehand it was only $20 per person otherwise walk in was $32, we headed down about 7ish, hot dishes were still hot and fresh, and yummo. Hubby grabbed a couple of pastries to go with his coffee, bad move, they were absolutely delicious, he grabbed a second helping and complained he was bloated all the way home (3 hour drive to home). Definitely staying here again when we have something on in the city. A chilled and relaxing VIBE when staying here, lives up to it's name.

We didn't get to make use of the pool and it's surrounding, as it is a beautiful set up. We ran out of time, but again next time, we will make sure to enjoy it.

Location was great , right opposite the district shopping centre. Tram stop close by and good car parking within 5 minute walk. Downstairs there's a nice lounge area with a great bar. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had a corner suite and it was lovely. Really nice little touches like a make-up mirror, a separate toilet, nice view of Bolte Bridge and the harbour. Bed was huge and super comfortable. Extremely clean and shower was great 👍

The coffee we ordered downstairs at the bar was really small , we ordered and paid for mugs and they were in tiny little glass cups only 3/4 full. when we questioned the "mug" she said that was their mug ????? it was nice coffee but a rip off.
