A last minute booking for us for the Good Day Sunshine Festival. It was the perfect spot for having a good look up and down Margaret River high street, eating out and walking to the festival. Comfy bed. Great hot shower, clean and had all the essentials for a short stay.

For our purposes it was perfect being tucked away in an upstairs apartment. For a longer stay one of the other rooms would probably be better as this particular apartment had no balcony, or outside area off the apartment to sit in and we accessed our room through the laundry and up a flight of stairs. This was fine for us for this event as we were not in the apartment much anyway.

We had the pleasure of staying at Prideau’s of Margaret River in early July, and it was overall a great experience. Location, location, location - Prideau's is nestled in the heart of Margaret River town center, Prideau’s is just a stone’s throw away from local cafes, restaurants, and bars. It was great to just walk across the road or down the hill to the center of town rather than having work worry about having a couple of drinks and driving. Loved being able to explore the area on foot. The spacious apartment featured an extra-large king bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, and a comfortable living area. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, and quiet—a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the region.

A couple of areas of improvement. I found that the self-check-in was very Airbnb style, while I appreciate the staff / owners do not want to be on site at all times and there was not an issue with the self-check-in it just wasn’t expected and felt like an Airbnb. It was extremely cold during our stay, and we had the large reverse cycle split system which heated the room nicely, however we could not get the gas log fireplace working correctly which was disappointing. Even after thoroughly reading the instructions and watching multiple videos on YouTube we could not get it to operate correctly. The toilet looked out on a car park at the rear. Yes, we were upstairs, but it would have been nice if this was frosted glass to add some additional privacy.

Cleanliness for starters. The amenities of the apartment including a fantastic spa and very comfortable living room setting, ideally suited for a small family. The beds were also comfortable. The location is perfect for Margaret River. Little things like blankets in living room, suitcase holder, tea selection, Netflix/Amazon on TV button, were all nice touches.

Nitpicking here - the walls are a touch thin unfortunately. You can hear neighbours when its quiet, although muffled. A TV in the bedroom would also be great but not a big deal.

the room was really spacious and very clean, organic haircare and soaps were provided..very much appreciated the accomodation is within walking distance of the main strip where shopping was fun the restaurants are also located within walking distance so we really loved the place. also very close to Cape Mentelle which we really enjoyed also the easily accessible wifi was very handy...thank you

maybe there should be rubber strips on the door frames so we won't hear the doors slamming when the neighbour closes their door...it's not a big thing, i was just startled a couple of times when doors were slammed.

Location was perfect - walking distance to cafes, restaurants (El Toro is a must) and shops, but was also very quiet. Free, onsite parking (plus even more parking right out the gate). The shower was large with really good water pressure.

Instructions for entry were provided via text message on the day (very clear, key was in the lockbox). It would have been nice for there to be a note in the booking confirmation advising the checkin instructions (with code provided on the day). I had checked the confirmation a few times in the lead up to the day and couldn’t see any note regarding the latest we could arrive.

Great spot in town, parking right out the front, very comfortable room, spacious, homely touches, we couldn’t ask for anything nicer in a room.

Unfortunately there wasn’t much peace & serenity. 2 out of the 3 nights there were noisy people in the apartment we shared the entry with, they had a baby and all we could here was it screaming all night. They made so much banging and crashing we could hear it over the tv. You can also hear car doors slamming and cars starting all the time.

We recently enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay at Prideau's Accommodation in Margaret River. The self-check-in process was seamless, and communication with the property was excellent. Parking was convenient, adding to the overall positive experience. We had the pleasure of staying in the Balcony King Spa Room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, spacious, and fully air-conditioned, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the deluxe twin spa bath, offering a luxurious way to unwind after exploring the enchanting Margaret River Wine Region. The room featured a king-size bed and an ensuite with a separate shower and toilet. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a microwave and tea & coffee making facilities, adding to the convenience of our stay. The high ceilings and balcony with an outdoor setting provided a charming atmosphere, making our stay even more enjoyable. One standout feature was the large smart TV, allowing us to catch up on our favourite shows from Stan and Binge, adding an extra layer of comfort and entertainment to our stay. In summary, our time at Prideau's Accommodation was memorable and enjoyable. The prime location in the heart of Margaret River, combined with the comfortable and stylish accommodations, made for a fantastic stay.

One minor concern was the air-conditioning, which could benefit from a service or replacement, as we found ourselves needing to set it to a lower temperature than usual to adequately cool the room. Additionally, the bustling nearby deli/cafe, childcare centre, and busy road could occasionally create a bit of noise, but it didn't significantly dampen our overall experience.

Ground floor room was spacious, fantastic central location allowed us to walk every where in town and explore the surrounds. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very large spacious bathroom, wardrobe with just what we needed. Carpet appeared new and plush! King size bed.

Upon entry our ground floor (#1) apartment had a mild damp smell we tried to keep the front and screen doors open as much as possible. The air conditioning unit is visibly dirty with thick fuzzy dust/dirt on the inside which can be seen when the louvres motioned up and down so we avoided using. This is entirely personal preference but we found the bed very stiff and sagged down on a slope, I ended up scheduling a chiro and massage appointment back home. Due to fantastic location you do hear the road noise and passer-bys chatting on the street but this did not bother or affect us at all!

The only things that were not up to (the very high standard) Only 3 coat hangers in the cupboard and we were staying there three nights and travelling in WA for six weeks. Our apartment did not have a little sink for washing up mugs etc. However, the cleaning staff took dirty cutlery etc away and replaced on a daily basis.

Staff were extremely friendly. Bed was very comfortable. 2 min walk from main drag we’re all the shops are so just walked everywhere when we were there

Parking into the room is a little tight but there is a massive car park just out the gate if you can’t get in. Just have to remember to reverse in as it could be a pain to get back out. Staff recommend reversing in and they tell you on arrival
