The property was comfortable with the extreme heat wave. Had a refreshing swim and a relaxing spa at the end of the hot days. It was walking distance to shops and the bus stop Laundry facilities were in the bathroom had a TV in the bedroom and another in the living room The balcony was a private place to sit, eat or smoke. The free parking was secure behind a gated car park. Same card was used for swiping entry into the room. We were able to extend our stay in the same room. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing

Honestly, I loved everything. I stayed at Metro Hotel South Perth on my last visit - And I had such a bad experience with every aspect there. A few of the Technicians I work with recommended Broadwater Resort Como, and rightly so. For starters, every single staff member I had the pleasure of dealing with were so pleasant and helpful. The Ten Minas restaurant makes a delicious Coffee & Custom Toasted Sandwich. The Apartment is Clean and functional. Includes everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to book my next trip there.

The room was plenty large for the three of us, and having a washer and dryer was great. Undercover parking was great if available and TV's had Chromecast which was good

The room needs a bit of a revamp. Not enough PowerPoints in the room, also it was hidden by the bed. A fan was also supplied but with no extension chord it couldn't be plugged into the wall. Also the safe was broken, hopefully this will be fixed in the future.

The 2-bedroom unit was relatively new and feels comfortable for 4 adults. The glass doors are double glazed which make them sound proof as the freeway is just less than 50 metres away.

The house-keeping is only available on every 4th day of stay. If you are staying for shorter period, there will be no cleaning. But you may request for fresh toiletries or towels as & when required.

Location is good for us travelling with a car. The room is very spacious for 6 peoples, has an ocean view but a bit blocked by the trees, and it's facing the main highway so it's pretty loud when open the balcony door to enjoy the view. The morning shift staff was very friendly and helpful in fixing the slow drain issue over the weekend.

The apartment don't have a lift to the room so need to carry luggage upstairs. Didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool and SPA as they close quiet early.

The location is across from the water where you can walk for a fair distance. A grocery store and restaurants were all in walking range. The bus to downtown is about 100 feet from the hotel and there are great deals to be had depending on your length of stay. The pool and hot tub are located in an area protected from the wind and were used each day when we got back.

Pool was fantastic, spa was not as hot as expected and had tiles missing sauna was great. Kitchen was well stocked - plates glasses toaster etc Bathrooms were great and washer dryer was amazing

Couches didn't feel very clean because of there material that they were made of - don't know how you would clean them regularly Bathroom door had hair on it - cleaning cloth must not have been clean

Mostly about it was amazing I came with my sisters and nxt time ill come, would be with my husband and kids. I loved how the environment was family orientated and I had read the reviews before booking and ppl were complaing about the freeway noise but I had no problems with that. Couldn't hear it at all unless the doors were open!! Soo it was and is a perfect staycay for me and mines.Thank you soo much for an amazing stay!!

The large double beds could be a little softer but all round was great

The facilities were very clean and nice. The room was beautiful! Very comfortable lounges. The pool was a good temperature and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Very happy overall.

The beds were a bit too hard. After 12 days, my shoulders were sore. The showers need bigger screens. Water was everywhere after a shower.

Location is excellent - traffic is minimal at the front of the venue which is great as check in was not stressful or pressured. Room size was excellent for 6 guests (2 children, both grandparents and parents). The equipped kitchen meant we were able to prepare meals at the accommodation rather than having to eat out all the time. We definitely love staying at Broadwater in Como when we travel to Perth
