Everything about the hotel was excellent during my stay. I had King Room with Panoramic View and it was superb. Breakfast was first class with a wide selection of foods on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for access to the city and Swan River area and it's right next to ferry & bus terminals to go further afield. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth.

It is located in a busy social area and it might be a bit too noisy at night for some people but that was only a minor irritation on my stay as places close up reasonably early.

Stayed here while on holiday from UK, and experienced a first class hotel in a fabulous waterside location with stunning views from our room, the restaurant and the rooftop bar. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and exceptionally helpful and the room layout and facilities were fabulous. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious with 1st class service and choice, and breakfast was just as good with an amazing choice in a truly lovely setting with views across the bay. Can't praise this hotel highly enough and we hope that we can find time to return again, absolutely fabulous experience and thanks to all the hotel team.

Nothing to dislike whatsoever

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially "Princess" Belle. The room was a good size, well maintained and we had a fantastic view of the park and downtown. Location was great too, next to river and 1 min from the bus stops (for the free bus within the city as well as tourist pick-up if you booked any local tours). It was about a 7 min walk or 2 min bus ride to the CBD shopping street. We liked that it was near enough but not too near so not crowded with people.

We had a little issue with our room door in that if it was left open too long, the auto lock doesn't "click" into place after you close it so it could be opened from the outside, so that was scary when we first discovered it. Maintenance came up and checked it and explained to us how to "reset" it. Both maintenance and housekeeping personnel who attended to us were super nice and helpful but it is still a watch-out as it is a safety concern.

Great views from our River view suite. Large room with excellent furnishings and stand alone bath. Bed was very comfy and extra milk was etc provide quickly on request. Breakfast was included and was good range of food choices. Food in roof top bar was good for light bites and reasonable price.The chicken skewers, sliders and fries were all good. Make sure to go to the Perth Mint as reasonable cost and great visit that only takes hour or so and easy walking from hotel in 15-20mins max.

It’s a city centre hotel. Pool has limited sunbeds but we never had problem getting one. I expect in high summer this could be a problem

Very nice night / early morning receptionist, I think his name is Louis.. I had huge flight issues during the night ...and just went back to the hotel..Louis did EVERYTHING to find a new room for me..and the hotel was super full, he checked, he called, he asked colleagues...and sister properties, he was the nicest and most engaged receptionist ever!!! and finally he managed ..and I could rest a bit ..before going to the airport again. Thank you Louis, you really helped me!!!

The breakfast receptionist, an asian gentlemen was very kind and patient, but he needs help..at least on weekends when the queue is long..

The hotel is in a fabulous location close to the river and ferry transport. The staff were lovely on reception and at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was very nice - lots of choice. The view from our room was beautiful over the river, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite spacious (King room with panoramic river view) and had everything we needed. Tea and coffee making facilities were great.

Reel Kitchen on floor 2 was spacious with river views but what a rip off. The evening meal SHARE plate of scallops (we are a couple) at $27 consisted of THREE scallops!! Eat your breakfast early if you want to miss queueing as there are not enough tables for guests and not enough staff for the rush after 9am.

Loved the unexpected text messages, such a lovely touch. All the staff were helpful and happy. From the minute you walk in the doors every experience was wonderful. And the views!!! We dine in on Sunday night and the food was unbelievable. Both the breakfast box and the dine in breakfast had many choices. We could have just stayed all weekend inside but it was a sunny weekend!! The central location made it easy as this trip we decided not the hire a car. Everything is very close by. We are so happy with our weekend stay.

Can not fault anything!!! Maybe a coffee machine at the bar on floor 18.

Breakfast was great with a fantastic view. Rooms also really great and an amazing view of the city lights at night. Great central spot for the river cruises etc and also to be able to wander the CBD

The offer of a room upgrade is very misleading and led to confusion and some time wasting. The roof top bar not a great experience with the beer being flat with no gas available to serve it correctly. Paid for 2 drinks then ended up not being able to drink them and lost the money on them as we had to leave. Parking is expensive and too far away from the hotel with no valet parking available

The location of this hotel is fabulous! It is right at the Barrack St jetty - perfect for catching the ferry to Rottnest Island, strolling around jetty area at night, visiting the Bell Tower or catching the free blue Cat bus to Kings Park, the WA Museum and Art Gallery. The hotel has a bar on the 18th Floor which has a panoramic view of Perth and the Swan River. The breakfast at the hotel was very nice and good value at $35 pp. The restaurant was on the 2nd floor and had a lovely view of the river. Our room was great. Very clean and modern with large windows allowing you to enjoy watching the busy water traffic on the river. We would definitely stay here again.

The service and staff were to to a very good level in my stay. I had breakfast included and the thought it was pretty good overall, although perhaps there could be more options available. The location at the waterfront it nice and I tended to eat at the various surrounding restaurants, rather than the hotel.

I don't go on holiday to watch tv, but when I turn it on at the quality hotel, I expect it to be better. The system is dumbed down to the the point where the viewer cannot bring up a tv guide or get any info on what they're watching. So all you get is a channel list and then you can flick between stations. I also found that the picture & sound would regularly break up for a second or two. So they really need to revamp the usability and reliability of the tv system. The in-room light switching could be a bit confusing as well.
