The room was lovely—spacious and with a gorgeous view. The complimentary Kit Kats and water in the bar fridge were a nice touch. The food at the restaurant was of a high standard. The staff was mostly helpful. The pool was gorgeous and quite clean. The large spa bath in the room was great. Bed was comfy.

I arrived very early and had to wait for my room - which is fair. However, as I hadn't checked in yet, the restaurant charged me the full price of $30 rather than the 'guest price' of $25. I think that's a bit unfair, considering I was a guest, (but had no room no. to quote). Also, there were a few times when room service did not answer the phone. These are only minor issues, but why I rated 8/10 rather than 10/10 which it otherwise would have been.

We had a great stay a the Pagoda. The staff were very welcoming and out check-in process was very smooth and uneventful. The room was very clean on arrival, a very ambient temperature and all necessary items like towels, pillows, coffee, tea and bathroom items were provided. The pool was clean, warm and inviting. Car park facilities were excellent and very convenient.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave so quickly. The Pagoda is a favourite place and we'd love to get back soon to stay longer, explore the local community coffee haunts and cafes and relax some more.

Clean and spacious room with a very good size bed that was perfect for a good nights sleep. The breakfast was excellent, a good choice of different foods from, fruit, cereals, meats, pastries and hot buffet with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juices. All of the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Will come back again.

A lack of USB plug-in points for phone/iPad charging, though the reception desk team were very kind to lend a charging plug as we travelled across from overseas and didn’t have the right travel adapter with us.

Room was lovely staff were exceptionally helpful in the motel. I certainly will be returning as this is a regular visit to Perth for us. The gardens are beautiful and the secure car park is greatly appreciated. We didn’t use the pool this time but have previously and to our surprise it was heated

fridge was noisy, when I stayed last we got a restaurant cooked specific meal this time it was just continental breakfast or cereal very disappointing especially for the price of it. Had to remind the restaurant staff that please was customary when asking to have a piece of paper filled out, manners goes a long way and they’re free. Seperate shower would be nice for older or less mobile guests, especially when you’ve supplied a grip mat with a sign stating please use floor is slippery.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area of the hotel. It would be nice if we could have hooked our Chromecast into the living room tv, but it worked in the bedroom. The two-person spa tub is amazing! The staff were great, going above and beyond when a parcel I ordered didn't get there till we left. They forwarded it on to us, though we had asked them just to return to sender :) And amazingly we got our security deposit back the next day, that's never happened before at any hotel! We very much will stay here again when there are vacancies on our dates :)

Well, like I said above, we'd have liked to have our Chromecast in the living room, but soon found the menu on the tv itself so no real problem!

Room was very spacious aswell as nice & clean, the spa was awesome, fit both of us in it no problem. The bed was huge & super comfy & we could play music with out having to worry about noise with the soundproof room. The staff at reception were very friendly & didn't impose on our privacy & our mix up with breakfast was resolved with out a drama the next morning. We were having a night away as we needed a break & time to ourselves & Pagoda was perfect, it was nice to just be able to relax & enjoy ourselves.

Clarifying that included breakfast is down in the restaurant not to be ordered to the room., & parking should be no extra charge.

Breakfast was amazing a beautiful spread many choices food was regulary topped up from what I saw and it was and was still warm to eat

Only couple complaint well not really complaints we request pool towels from maid service as we walked up to our room from breakfast firstly we waited for lady to bring some up she never came up so we went back to her and asked again and were adviced run out of stock but wasn't supplied another towel so we didn't go for a swim in the end And we wanted to take our breakfast to our room but were advise you couldn't but can understand these are you policy's But didn't reuin our stay

Two things stood out for me with this property 1. the appointment of the resort & rooms were beautiful, something you don’t see too often with most hotels going for the minimalist look 2. The Pool was awesome! Couple that with the restaurant overlooking the Pool area… truly made it feel like an overseas resort experience Easy access to a choice of, on street or secure parking. And the most important thing, the bed was extremely comfortable (i’ve worked in the mattress industry so I am a little fussy)

Honestly, my whole experience there was a pleasant one so hard to find anything I disliked.. I’ll be definitely returning

The staff were excellent, especially a very friendly and polite young lady who checked me in. She also helped me when I got lost looking for the pool towels and put a note on the computer for other staff when I thought I'd lost my old camera. ( I hadn't, it was still in our car). The room was fairly large and very clean. The pool was warm and in a pretty setting. I had a lovely swim. There is a bridge right by the hotel to cross the main road and access walks along the river. There is also some free parking in the road as well as secure paid parking behind the hotel.

We only wanted a room for the afternoon to give us somewhere from the time of checking out our holiday rental till the departure time of our evening flight. The Pagoda did not do day rates, so we had to pay for a whole night just to have the room for 4-5 hours. It was worth it for us as we are an elderly couple. Very few hotels around Perth do day rates, so the Pagoda was no different to them, and the Pagoda's rates for one night were very reasonable so I'm not complaining, just wishing they might consider doing it if they have vacancies on the day. We would stay here again.

LOVE The room and its facilities. Love the two bathrooms, laundry and the decor. The view is great, the location is super, parking is convenient and great. I love that it’s not high rise so that it doesn’t feel like a typical high rise “character-less” hotel, it’s super comfy and a great family hotel. The large shallow side of the pool is unreal and the pool area in general was great. We would come here specifically to have a holiday at this resort!

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as the last few times we stayed. It was a little hard, however, not so bad that it ruined our sleep. The washing machine was super convenient but it is either really old or extremely dirty, as the clothes were coming out of the machine smelling terrible even if we didn’t use the dryer and took them straight from the machine. The last time that we stayed there was a coffee machine in the room and we loved that. This time there wasn’t one. Not the end of the world though.
