We liked the self contained kitchen and washing machine with powder. We had a nice table to sit at and the bedrooms were comfy. Private and secure. Only one lift in a large complex was a concern as being used by lots of people all the time. It was good when we found out the free bus was outside.

1. parking spaces too narrow for big vehicles 2. carpets stained 3. shower door frame cracked 3. hallways dirty with leaves, tissues, etc and a funny smell 4. elevator floor wet most times and has a funny smell 5. small cockroaches present

I liked that I could put my subscription accounts on the tv To watch Netflix, Amazon prime and YouTube. Just gotta remember to remove the account before check out. It's in a good spot for UberEATS/menulog if you are too tired to do dinner.

I had a great experience at these apartments. Staff were excellent. They were friendly, obliging and communication was excellent. I would recommend these apartments for their location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Thank you for making my experience enjoyable.

I like the whole area and we had a washing machine and dryer in the room too and harbour town was a walk acroseed the street

The fan in the room wouldnt turn off

The hotel is Central and you can walk through the CBD center with no issue. There is a big outlet shopping center across the road!

Just the basics what we needed to stay at for a Early drs appointment in the city travelling from the country 2.5 hrs away from home

I and my daughter were disappointed in the smell of people Smoking dope around the building

2 bed apartment with twin beds. The rooms were clean and we could do our washing.

Some drug-induced bad language and shouting on our arrival. The night porter had to deal with this.

the property was well maintained

what I didn’t like was the fact I didn’t see anything about the $150 bond when I booked through bookings.com. that stood out so I was a bit confused when I got there to get room. I would like to suggest it be up and in bold in the booking app I heard a few people on the day did t know about it.
