I loved how clean the bathroom, kitchen and room was when I walked in. The washing machine and dryer were modern and clean also. The room had everything I needed. The air conditioning was up-to-date and easy to use. The hotel is in an excellent location. It's a walking distance to Hay Street Mall and Elizabeth Quay. It's also a close walk to the train station and the Red Cat bus which is free is just across the road from the hotel - so convenient ! There's a swimming pool and a gym in level 4 which is pretty fantastic. I would stay in this Sebel Hotel again the next time we're in Perth. Highly recommended!!!

The bath towels could use some updating. I like towels that absorb. That's the only thing I would change about this Sebel. In hindsight, I probably should've asked front desk if they have better towels in the storage room.

What a great find - could not fault our stay in the slightest. Spacious rooms with great soundproofing, practical kitchen with all the utensils you’d need, in-room washer and dryer, comfy bed, excellent shower water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful, on-site undercover parking was so handy ($19/day). Just a hop and skip away from the CBD or 5 minute drive to Kings Park. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Perth!

Great location. Close to the freeways and a stone's throw to Watertown. Secured parking (at a cost) is a plus too. With a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, I got some of my laundry done before check out. Neil was really helpful during the check in and even helped us to sort out a bedding issue personally even though he was not responsible for that scope of work.

Not too many eateries around so you've gotta settle your meals before heading back. Otherwise, you can do some light cooking in the room.

Hotel had all the facilities we needed as a group. Parking was easy, $19 a night. Staff were extremely friendly and available for anything we needed. Rooms were large and spacious, lots of body wash, shampoo/conditioner etc in bathrooms, and having a kitchen was super handy. They were rolling our Nespresso machines at the hotel and our floor had them. There is not much in the area (good as it was quiet and awesome for a good night sleep) but it is a 15 min easy walk to the city centre. Beds mega comfortable. Only feedback I'd suggest to Sebel is to allow us to tap for the security bond. They needed a physical card to process the bond and I didn't have one (not had one since Covid and everything being tapped on phones). Would recommend this hotel for sure. In terms of accessibility, while I didn't see an accessible bathroom as no one in my group required it, the hotel itself is accessible everywhere, wide doors, lifts and so on. The pool closes sundown so no late night swims if that's your plan, but there is an awesome outdoor area with BBQ that you can use until 10pm I think which was handy too. Gym is also well equipped.

Nothing. We liked everything.

Large room, with washing machine and dryer, comfortable bed. Beautiful pool (although the weather was too cold to swim) and well equipped gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lack of storage. The desk and bedside tables must have been designed by a designer with no idea of practicality. There are no drawers or horizontal surfaces to store things. The cupboard also needs drawers and more shelves. This would make a long stay very inconvenient as there is no room to unpack clothes. Also, the screen door to the balcony does not lock, so it does not feel safe to sleep with the balcony door open.

Well appointed serviced apartments with a beautiful pool area and fitness centre. The pool was a highlight, with varied seating options, including loungers and cabanas and accessible access for those needing this option. Pool safety instructions well displayed. I didn't use it, but also a spacious BBQ area. Apartments had everything needed for a short stay including cooking facilities. The location is good, close to several CAT bus routes and easy/close proximity to the Perth CBD and Kings Park. Would happily stay here again.

The staff here are excellent! People were attentive and friendly, they seemed to always be cleaning which is always nice to see! The property’s pool was excellent and the gym was easily one of the best equipped hotel gyms I’ve ever worked out at.

My only suggestion is that the rooms could really use some drawers for clothes, we stayed for almost two weeks and it would have been great to have a bit more clothing storage.

Room was clean and tidy. Kitchenette had all the facilities we needed and everything was in very good condition. Bathroom/laundry was well appointed. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were very good quality and supplied in eco-friendly dispensers. Shower water temperature and pressure was also very good.

Excellent location. Close to free bus to downtown. Close to "train" stop, making it easy to get to Fremantle or the airport. Close to a mini-mart, bakery, cafes, and an Indian restaurant. We walked to downtown a couple of times too, as it is reasonably close. Bed was comfortable. I used my own pillow though. I find most hotel pillows are too thick for me. My husband thought the pillows were fine. The shower had good pressure and the temperature stayed steady. There must be sound proofing as we heard very little noise. The staff were all friendly. We got a hand towel for the kitchenette right away when we asked for one. We liked having a washer and dryer too.

Though we loved having a washer and dryer (and that was one of the main reasons for staying there), the dryer does make the unit hotter as it blows hot air directly into the bathroom. Perhaps we should have set the air conditioner to a lower temperature as it couldn't keep the room cool while the dryer was on.

We loved the wonderful location. Only 10 minutes walk to the centre of the CBD or a few minutes on the free bus which stopped over the road from Sebel West Perth. Staff were all lovely and courteous, room was spotless and comfortable and we loved having a washing machine and dryer as we could do a week's supply of dirty washing before boarding a 15day cruise from Perth. Also, the Sebel was one of the few accomodation options in Perth CBD that has parking on the premises. Not only did the parking facility always readily have a space for our car, but it was right beside the entrance into the lobby. And it had the cheapest daily parking rate in Perth CBD.

I didn't realise that there was no cafe or restaurant attached to this Sebel. However, there was a lovely small cafe next door where we happily had breakfast each morning.
