A pleasant stay with great breakfast, clean rooms, and parking. If you pay for your parking ticket at the reception, it's 12€ per month. Much better than at the parking machine underground. I also have to mention the breakfast! It was excellent with lots of choice for vegetarians, vegans, and others with dietary restrictions. It was also for free because the AC didn't work (which we didn't mind much).

There wasn't much to complain about.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. The location is very convenient..but...

The location is also the downside. It is close to the hauptbahnhof and hence it is very noisy and there are weird people hanging around the hotel at night.

The hotel was clean, fresh, and inviting. The location was good for either the train station or walking into Graz Altstadt (25 minutes).

The air conditioning wasn't very strong and when the weather is above 30 degrees, it's hard to sleep. The first we had to fully open the windows as tge ac was not cooling the room enough. We left these windows open all day and weren't sure if that helped or if the ac temperature was lowered (after mentioning it to reception) a bit as it wasn't quite as hot the second night. I feel that the size of the room for a tripled bed could be a bit larger.

The location of the hotel is just perfect- right across the road you can find the main train station and just within 15-20 mins of a comfortable walk you reach the Old Town. The car park of the hotel is in a parking house and very conveniently reachable from the hotel elevator The breakfast did really worth it. Wide choice of great food.

In the bathroom we could find some mold, and the cups were not clean.

The location was perfect as we were taking a train the next morning. It is also closed to the tramway station which takes you in the city centre. The breakfast was copious and the staff was friendly, all our questions were answered.

Well, the AC gave up and as it was on a Sunday could not get repaired. We did noticed that in Europe the AC is not as good as in other country, however they do not really use them as often. But then we got lucky and had a storm which refreshed the air right away and we were able to open our windows to cool off the room. We also got a fan from the reception.

The location, opposite the Central Railway Station. Very easy access to the centre by tram. The breakfast was great. We had coffee and tea in the room. The room was very cosy, we loved the central heating. 🙂 The room was soundproofed, we couldn't hear the traffic outside.

We liked everything about the hotel. I'd love to stay there again.❤️

The hospitality, the friendliness, the swift check-in, and check-out process, and more recently I have discovered with this brand of hotels. Everything works like clockwork. Late night Sauna on the same floor as rooms was a brilliant touch too.

There was a huge outside area on the 2nd floor.. I wish it was an accessible garden. Just a wish, everything else was great.

the location is the best, right in front of the main train station of the city, where you can take trams and buses to go all around town. the room was big and extremely clean, tidy, and 100% sound proof . the hotel in general is great.

I missed having more options to have coffee at breakfast, as it was not easy to get non dairy free options to make yourself a nice cappuccino

The location was excellent for what we wanted, just across the road from the train station and near to a venue we were going to! Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast and clean comfortable room!

It was a shame the bar wasn't open but we were told we could still ask for a beer which the receptionist would get for us! There was a nice bar cafe next door which we liked very much! The only other criticism was that we found the toilet very low!

The breakfast room felt like a restaurant and had a great variety of meal options. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel foyer presented an impressive welcome. Situated across the road from the train station, it is an ideal location to co-ordinate accommodation with train travel. The hotel is located an easy walk, about 20 minutes, from the old town.
