New hotel, so all the rooms are still very new and nice, well-located hotel. Appreciated that one receives a free public transport ticket valid for 24 hours. Very good bed and pillow, I slept very well.

Clearly too few staff members at the reception. Check in took nearly 15 minutes even though there was only 1 person ahead of me - there was only one person working at the reception and this staff member was away for some minutes once we arrived. Checkout was even worse, there was a queue of 7 people ahead of me and only 1 single staff member working at the reception to deal with all of them, it took 20 minutes just to give the key back and check out. Seems to be a structural issue with too little staff at the reception.

I booked a room with double bed for my vacation with my spouse. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. The room also had a small water cooker and tea/coffee sachets for use. Wifi was of decent bandwidth. I opted for Breakfast at the hotel and it consisted of a good spread of breads, cheese, muesli and milk options along with eggs, fruit etc. It is very close to the main station (Hauptbahnhof). Definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

The soap in the attached bath was all-in one - hair/body and face. A specific face wash and a moisturiser would have been good to have.

-Pillows. They are filled with feathers but there are pointy ends that stab through the linnen into your skin when you lay on them -Coffee, tea and water in your room aren’t replenished -The cleaner put a dirty used cup upside down at its place so it seemed like it had not been used. I hope it get changed when someone else used the room These are the only small cons I could think of. It was a great hotel and I will stay here again during my next stay in Graz!

The location is great. In general, the hotel is pretty good.

On the registration desk, they have some brochures with the sentences "check in and train" and a picture of a person in a gym. Last time I was there, I asked about the gym and they told me that customers of the hotel could use the gym. They forgot to tell me back then that you have to pay extra for that, about 8 €. I felt ripped off.

Terrific room very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast and very close to the main train station which was extremely convenient as we were travelling but train with a fair bit of luggage. The main female staff member in the restaurant was always welcoming and guest focussed.

Facilities in the room a bit limited for a 4 star hotel - no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion - a combined shower gel/shampoo really doesn't quite make the grade. Understood there to be a fitness centre at the hotel but it was off site and we understand involved an extre fee neither of which were apparent on the booking website. A bit of a language translation issue with some staff but on the whole we managed pretty well.

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff was accommodating. There are restaurants, caffès and shops nearby. Good underground garage if you come by car and right next to the train station otherwise.

Very clean and tidy. Loved the bathroom and that staff tidied the room but were not intrusive. Loved the decor and the safe was easy to use

I had a twin room, probably my own fault for not booking a double room and it was a long trek along the corridor. Duvet and pillows were good quality however the duvet was too heavy for August/September Coffee choice was poor and no hot chocolate choice either. Was a bit unsure if the restaurant was open or not?

The parking entry and exit was great. Staff is very helpful.

The AC was hard to properly adjust, so it was either too cold or too hot.

Hotel is in perfect place if you come by car, train or bus, because it’s near the train station and the public transport. Under the building they have parking garage, it’s costable solution, but perfect place for „hide” your car from storm or just for parking. Staff was helpful and kind. The reception and foreground are beautifully furnished, characterized by clean design and lights. The door of the rooms and the elevator can be used with a magnetic key. The rooms follow same design what we found in reception with similar colour red, gray and white. We can find a big map of Graz inside the room. Bed was comfortable, refrigerator well worked. We can see the train station from the window, it was well soundproofed room, we didn’t hear the trains. Bathroom was clean and nice. It’s separated from the room with darkened glass. You can see into the bathroom but just the person’s head what is visible, good design. The breakfast was delicious in well designed place, for example the lamp was a bicycle wheel or some pictures are lichen. Nice design. The prices are not cheap, but this quality is worth this money. We definetely recommend the hotel for business, sightseeing and relaxation too.

Location is great, close to main railway station with all the public transportation, which is very good and punctual. The room was very clean and nice. It was a bit too hot for me during the night and I couldn't have open window because room was facing railway and it was noisy when trains passed by. If I would come again, I would want a room facing the street (which was quiet) and not the railway. The breakfast was exceptional.
