Very attractive room in a beautiful old villa in a quiet and attractive part of town which is well connected to the city centre (10 mins by tram)

The experience is that of a flat-share, with minimal staff presence and very disappointing breakfast facilities (essentially bring your own). This would be ok, but calling it a hotel is misleading and creates different expectations

The check in was really uncomplicated and we were even allowed to bring our things into the room a few hours before the official check in (as we were early due to the event we were in town for). The rooms were spacious and there was the chance to work (desk/enough light available).

The only thing that was a bit negative was that the room was not very quiet, i.e., I could hear noises from several other rooms or outside during the second night of my stay. But overall that was not a big issue as the noises were rather muffled.

The staff was very helpful. I asked for an Iron and they provided me one almost immediately. I also asked If I could leave in the hotel my baggage some hours after my check out due to some personal issues and they accepted for free. Before leaving with my luggage, later that day, the staff helped me to book a taxi and to carry my really heavy stuff to the taxi. The propriety has a cute garden where I spent a quality time.

Room was spacious and quiet, looking out over a garden which you can also use when staying at the Villa Rückert. Unfortunately, they do not offer breakfast but serve coffee and tea in a really nice tearoom. Since we arrived by car, being able to park in front of the property for free and to leave the car there until 5pm on the check-out day was incredibly convenient.

The floor of the room was not entirely clean and since the reception wasn't staffed when we arrived, we had to wait outside for a bit until someone arrived to open the door.

Friendly staff, excellent coffee machine, good proximity to university. Rooms are exceptionally clean and quiet, check-in was flexible, friendly and swift

I always prefer places that have breakfast to those that do not, but it was wonderful that there was a tea salon where one could bring breakfast and enjoy it on premises

There was no free breakfast, i mostly left the place early morning for work so don't know if they even had food in premises. The rooms were very clean and sheets and towels were changed regularly. Staff was very prompt and all ears to my requests.

I had a attic room, which for a 6ft+ person like me is not so good, and i didn't bump my head a lot especially around the bed and shower. The wifi was the only terrible thing, such slow wifi these days in a major city is just not acceptable.

Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. The location was very good, a fair walk to the city center but in a very pretty neighborhood. The staff was very friendly.

No breakfast menu was available (there is a self-service room for coffee and tea). A bit far from the train station (best reached by bus).

Even if there is no breakfast, there is a small room with a great machine for coffee/tee/cappuccino and crockery so you can bring your own food and have breakfast there

Nice chill-out location in a quiet neighbourhood. The garden was pleasant and peaceful.

A room fan would have been welcome as it was 30c most days.

Very lovely room with small pleasant details, friendly staff, convenient location. I liked very much. I came late in the night and could easily get a key, the same for early check out. There is also tea available for guests
