We had a wonderful 5 days here and the property is very clean and well equipped. Hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Location is very nice, a 5 min drive to Kaprun and 8 min to Zell am See... It is possible to get around without a car as there is ample bus service but a car is certainly more convenient, there are also ample walking/bike paths. The size of property was quite nice with only ~16 apartments, never feels crowded.... Pool is very refreshing, beds are super comfortable, we cant wait to go back... Our first time visiting Austria and we truly loved it, a wonderful holiday with family.

It was a wonderful stay in every respect. The service team and the hostess, as well as the accommodation with a view beyond imagination. I would come back to live again and would recommend this great option to all my friends and family. The cleanliness, safety, comfort and service are beyond imagination. I will definitely return to the same place in my coming years without hesitation ♥ Thank you to the service team and thank you to the landlady for her very wonderful treatment ♥

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was great♥️

Everything was perfect from the reservation after check-out. Appreciate online check-in to safe time during arrival to Aparthotel. The equipment and accommodation are just perfect. Very modern, full of wood, and really comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool outside but warm to 24 with a sauna = which was super relaxing after skying. Owners are very sympathetic people with pro clients approach. Prosseco and Bier as the welcome drink was really nice after 6 hours of riding. One of the best places we have ever visited.

We had a perfect experience at Emma luxury apartments. The stand out points were the welcome and support from owner Natalie who was always on call and assisting us with anything. Then also the extensively equipped kitchen and equipment in the spacious appartment, with amazing mountain view from the terrace. The whole place though is very new and clean and very well designed, with feeling of 5* quality throughout. We didn’t use the pool/spa but it looks very luxurious and will certainly check it out next time. We even got a free room upgrade and extended checkout, and more. Thanks Natalie.

What a hidden gem! Amazing place, we absolutely loved it! New building with astonishing architecture combining classic alpine house style with modernity. Very friendly staff. Great italian restaurant. Good, hot sauna and heated outdoor pool. 3 minutes to ski buss, or 30min walking to Kaprun. Super comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. It has everything you might need at quite resonable price.

A spacious apartment, cosy living room and bedroom with exits to a nice balcony with a view of snowy summits. There are enough cabinets and storage spaces, everything was new. well equipped kitchen.

There should be a shelf in the bathroom and more hooks for hanging the towels etc’. The restaurant kitchen’s odors seep sometimes to the balcony area. The small swimming pool is nice but noisy while swimming in it, because it is made of metal.

Apartment were spacious and fully equipped, all facilities are easily accessible and everything is clean and in order. Hosts and staff were extremely polite and friendly. Glady recommended Emma apartments to anyone who wants to have perfect holidays

The apartment was very spacious clean and well equipped. The sauna was small, but luckily not that not many people The owners were amazing and extremely hospitable I would stay again

The location and the view are excellent. The staff are helpful. The bathroom included a Rinser (Bidet). It is good that there are two bathrooms (many properties have multiple rooms apartments with single bathroom)

Washing machine is not en-suite. The bathroom sink is a bit too high.
