What I liked about the property 😍 everything 1. The location is excellent, very excellent. 2. The wonderful view. 3. The spacious and modern room 4. Excellent cleanliness. 5. The bathrooms are very excellent and there is a water rinde. 6. The kitchen is modern and everything is available for cooking. 7. The balcony is very large. 8. The breakfast restaurant is excellent 😍 9. Great services you don't find in the biggest hotels. Including (closed pool with views + excellent health club + until solar and rainy umbrellas are provided) Free parking And last but not least The stuff is excellent, excellent, excellent I came across Dennis when I checked in to the hotel, a very wonderful young man with his friends in the crew excellent and helpful. They charged me for infant 15euro per night even thought we didnt ask for baby cot. Generally kids go free if they share the bed with parents Room was hot but table fan was provided so it was managed Wooden floor outside swimming pool was not safe as it has micro wooden pcs which went into my Son's hand so we had to rushed to pharmacy to buy needle set to remove all one by one, it was so painful. The wood could have been buffed.

This is very new hotel/apartment house,we got free upgrade for apartment room and i like pretty much everything on it,nice two balconies,view of the mountains,spa on site,amazing breakfast,very good choice to stay in,very well done ski room,ski bus reachable walking for 3 minutes,all very very good

Only details as where something can be improved,nothing dramatic :-) It got very hot during night,not sure how the heating system works,we turn off everything we could but it was still too hot-forgot to tell staff,so maybe you can read here guys,to check on that,kitchen could be more equipped and as well the amenities available there was not sufficient (2 tea bags for two nights in apartment for more people doesn't seem to be enough,though i appreciate a lot the Sonnentor choice)

Very good location, fast Internet and nice pool with very good view. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with all kind of information about the area.

Hotel is full of turists from Arab countries. They are littering heavily and in general ignore any rules. This is of course not hotel's fault but it will make me think twice if I am going to come again.

best accommodation we had for our trip,specious room, fantastic view from the balcony, breakfast is so good and the Arabic staff mr abo yazan and the ladies are so polite and helpful and from reception:denice and dragon are super friendly and helpful my husband is so happy from their cooperation :)

The room was spacious and well equipped. The location was for us optimal. We liked the breakfast and the wellness area very much. The staff was extraordinary kind. I can strongly recommend.

Great location for different attractions and activities, large rooms, really nice swimming pool with amazing view and a sauna for relaxation after a long treks

Absolutely amazing place! Really nice hotel with a big and comfortable room, perfect wellness, variegated breakfast, and really kind staff. 10 minutes to Kitzsteinhorn. 1 minute to shop and Kaprun city.
