Lovely little inn, providing a nice breakfast with plenty of options to choose from to get your day started. As a nice bonus on arrival, we got upgraded to a superior room free of charge. The room was clean and quiet and the view from our room was lovely - right towards the snowy peaks! While the walk from the town to the hotel is long on foot, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel - only downside being having to wait if you just missed one - luckily though, the hotel does have a display showing when the next bus is going to arrive. The staff was super friendly and always so very helpful and they always had an answer to all of our questions - and we're very curious travelers willing to explore everything, so we had a bunch! As a bonus - they have the Salzburg card and map, and they always know how to guide you around town, so don't be afraid to ask!

A bit far from the center if you travel by foot. I'd rather I didn't have to ask for coffee every morning, as the staff had to be asked for such and/or other breakfast options. However, while the breakfast was lovely, the hotel mentioned having "lactose free" milk - but learned when asking for it that this was actually a choice between almond and soy - not the same thing, as "lactose free" milk is still cow's milk, just with an added enzyme. There was no heating and no warm water at night which was a big downside for us. The two heaters in the room and the one in the bathroom were not enough to warm up the room and keep it warm overnight, so it was cold. The "double bed" was actually two completely separated single beds pushed together, so a huge downside for a travelling couple.

Room was large. Close to the airport. We came just for one night since we landed late and had to wait to the morning to get the rental car... We were able to get in even after checking hours which was very convenient and well organized.

There was a lot of noise from the road. Every car made so much noise. It was hot so we wanted to keep the windows a bit open but this was impossible due to the noise. Even with the windows closed there was still noise coming in. Perhaps other rooms have windows to a direction away from the main road, but in our room all windows were in that direction

staff at the front desk is amazing. So helpful in advising us about the bus stop, easiest way to get from point A to B, very helpful and friendly. Convenient location to said bus stops, ability to purchase tickets on site (always a stress on where to find tickets when first arriving) and not far from Stiegl brewery. Extremely clean and comfortable space. Also as someone who hate sleeping in the heat I appreciated the fan in the room. Very impressed.

Tiny small complaint - busy road out front and if your room faces the front, it can get loud. This however did NOT impact our sleep at all.

Room was spacious, clean, and in overall great shape. Bus station is right outside the hotel so getting to old town is very simple and fast (few bus stops away). If you want to walk to the old town, you will need about a half an hour. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dyson air purifier was a bonus for me. :) We even got a small gift on the check-out.

Double bed is actually made from two single beds (which is fine) but they kept moving and slipping away throughout the night. Maybe there is a way to connect them together but we didn't succeed. There was a bit of cobweb on the headboard (only visible when you lay down and look up so I get it why it may have slipped cleaners' attention). Except from that, room and bathroom were pretty clean.

The hotel is very charming, at a convenient location and with free parking, also next to public transport. Our room was a quaint corner room overlooking a small flower garden. It was incredibly cute and peaceful. But the best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, which was absolutely delightful, full of local products and outranked hotels many times more expensive than this one.

We liked the generously sized and comfortable rooms. It was nice that the bus stop was right on the street by the hotel and that we could buy the bus tickets as well as the “Salzburg Card” right at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was really good too!

Although the hotel had parking spaces available; I think it would be beneficial if they numbered or lettered the spaces to match each room/unit. I think there might have been multiple cars per rental and this caused some tightness in the lot. I also think it would be beneficial if there was an assigned table at breakfast to match the number of people in the unit/reservation. That way; a table for four can be utilized by 4 people. There were times when a group was f two was taking up a 4person table instead of a two person table.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Helped us in making taxi booking as well. Easy to communicate in English. The room was of good size and modern. Great view of the mountain from the window. Electric kettle and coffee provided in the room. The bathroom was of decent size. Grocery store and halal food options nearby.

Location is a little far from train station and no lift.

We had a very spacious room in a quiet part of the hotel. Reception was very friendly. The hotel has a parking lot for free parking. Not large, but we found a space. Bus stops right in front of the hotel to go to the city centre. A good restaurant and bakery in the neighbourhood. Hotel offers breakfast as well. We made use of it on the day of departure. 20 euros is not cheap for quite a standard breakfast…..

We had a double room with 2 separate beds. I prefer queen size for a couple. I have no idea if other rooms have others beds…

Everything was fine, we just thought it was closer to the old town than it actually was. We didn't use their breakfast so I can't comment on that. Luckily the bus stop was a few steps away from the hotel so we could easily take the bus into old town on a short 10-minute ride there and back. The room was clean, well equipped and pleasant.

Just the distance from the old town, everything else was good.

We liked everything! Such a cozy hotel in several villas in one neighbourhood. Breakfast was amazing, all bio and organic, everything was fresh and tasty! The rooms were enormous, spacious, neat, clean, simply wonderful. We were placed in a villa behind the main building and had a beautiful experience of original Salzburg stay. Every time we stay in this city, this hotel will be our choice!
