This Hotel is very comfortable. Rooms were clean and bright with a fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Bus 1 stopped outside the door and travelled into the city centre and to the train station. Bus 2 was also near by and travelled to the airport [Journey 5 to 10 mins]. There is a supermarket [Billa] 3 minutes from hotel.

A bust stop in 50 meters from the main entrance to travel to the city center or the railway station. 8. A non-smoking hotel - we were literally on cloud nine owing to this ))

1. The pillows are a little too high, not 100 percent comfortable. 2. The air conditioner blows the air hard right against your face even if the fan is set to the minimum speed. 3. With the windows open, excessive noise reaches the room from the street.

ROOMS ABIT SMALL , YET MEET THE NEEDS, CLEAN ROOM, QUIET WITH GOOD SIZE FREG. THERE WAS A SAFE AS WELL . BATH ROOM ARE VERY CLEAN , SPACIOUS AND I LIKED THE IDEA OF A SEPERATE TOILET FROM BATH. THE LOCATION INSPITE BEING AWAY FROM THE CITY, BUT THE NEIBOURHOOD IS BEAUTIFUL WITH SHOPS , CAFE AND RESTURANTS AROUND, THE BUS NUMBER ONE TAKE YOU TO CITY IN NO TIME AND ITS AVALIALBLE EVERY 15 MINTS. BUY 24 H TICKET, YOU CAN GET THEM FROM THE RECEPTION, THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY . WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

ONE THING I DIDN'T LIKE , WHEN THEY KNOW WE ARE ARABS , THEY ASKED US TO PUT 150 EURO AS DEPOSIT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ARE CLAEN AND USING THE PREMISES ACCORDING TO THE EUROPEAN STANDARDS, OTHER WISE THEY WILL KEEP IT AS A COMPENSATION. MAY BE THEY HAVE RIGHT FROM PRVIOUS INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCE, BUT WE DIDN'T LIKE IT.

The location of the hotel was good. It is outside the main city area but easily accessed via the bus system with the stop just outside the hotel. The room we had was OK but should have been bigger for the 3 of us in the room. The sofa bed was used but could have been a little more comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable in selection but could have had more hot food selection. Having the available washing machine and dryer was a positive for us as we were already in our 10th day of traveling.

The bedroom could have been bigger for 3 people. It was a little tight. The breakfast selection could have been a little more especially for the price per person. We have had better selections for breakfast at a lower price.

Comfortable and quiet rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, a nice touch having available umbrellas for the guests, as it was pouring in one of the days. Also great to have some lockers outside, where you can store your luggage after the check out, if you still have some hours left before catching your train or flight back home.

A bit away from the city center, but with a bus stop literally at the door of the hotel, this is more an observation than a criticism. The breakfast room is small, which I believe is the justification for the need to have two breakfast schedules. Again, not a criticism, just an advice for future guests to manage their expectations.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, located a bit far from the old town but just opposite a bus stand that will take you there in 5/10 mins. The view from our balcony was mesmerizing.

We booked the hotel for it’s value for money. But the breakfast was very expensive. We had to pay 54 Euro fro 3 person per day. No discount for our 11 years old kid. And i had an unfortunately rude person in the reception not allowing me to buy bus ticket with card as she was busy and didn’t know how to operate the machine. It was very rude how she behaved when I told why I can’t pay by card.

The location was close to the airport. And there are fast food restaurants nearby, as well as, a supermarket. It is a good for everyone who has a flight and need to get rest on it.

There is no A/C. But you can open the window and have some fresh air.

I would have liked a second chair. We did not want the full buffet breakfast but were offered a very satisfactory take away of excellent coffee and a sandwich or croissant,,,Unfortunately, we could not eat it on the terrace which was just for the buffet breakfast people so we had to have it in our room. Not the most comfortable situation since there was only 1 chair.

It was modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The parking garage was great. It is close to old town, but not walking distance.

The toilet and shower and sink were in different rooms. There are pros and cons to that setup. We checked in outside by an automated system. We did not know about reserving breakfast, so we had to pay 20 Euros each instead of 18. There were no instructions on where and how to park. The automated system needs some work. The expensive breakfast was ok, not great.

The hotel is quite close to the city centre, about 5-10 minute ride on Bus Number 1. The hotel is right in front of Glansteg bus stop. We used self check-in machine as we arrived after 10:30pm. Payment of city tax using self check-in machine is only by card and hence, make sure your card is usable if you are from overseas. The room is spacious and very clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We have a wonderful stay at the hotel.
