We were a family of two adults and three children visiting Salzburg for the first time. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom had one of the best walk in showers I’ve ever had the pleasure of using! Some noise from Chinese restaurant adjacent to hotel when windows are open but this is easily remedied by keeping the windows closed. It was 33 degrees when we visited Salzburg and the aircon in the room did a decent job of keeping the room cool. Pleasant and chatty staff. The breakfast was very good.

Sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable - an extra mattress pad would have been nice as it was quite hard.

The staff was nice and rooms were quite clean. Our room was basic but adequately comfortable. We paid much higher price for a basic room mostly because we traveled in peak season. But if you get a reasonable price, the rooms were nice. The A/c helped a lot in the weather were traveling. There was a Chinese Restaurant literally next door. We liked our stay at the hotel.

The location was although 16 mins from city centre., it felt a bit far out from the main places. The bus services at night got limited. But May be it’s just me who always feel more comfortable closer to the city centre.

Good value for money, close to a bus station, pan asian restaurant in the premises serves delicious food! Parking space was there. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick to resolve issues. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Fair sized rooms.

It's about 20 min by bus from the city centre and even a little further away from the railway station. Location wise not so great if u wanna take a break from sightseeing and come and freshen up. But otherwise it's great. Rooms on 1st and 2nd floor have no lift access. No problem for me but some people may have trouble with this.

I like the location since it is near the bus station even if it takes longer to get to the city centre, it is accessible. I i advise to eat out while at the city center as there is not much restaurant nearby. The customer service is good, they are very helpful and even print out my tickets.

The bathroom doormat is the same type as the small towel. It is better to use a different type or color at least to separate it from the towels that guests use. Who knows how cleaners segregate them when doing laundry.

We got to the hotel tired from travelling too many miles to be greated by a very helpful receptionist who helped bring in the luggage and other information with a ready smile and in the morning we got the same help from the other receptionist who doubled up as the breakfast lady, we ate at the Asian restaurant in the same building but separate management which is called Pan Asia and again the service and meal were first class. I cannot remember being more satisfied with a night’s stay

The property is easy to locate with plenty of parking, close to public transport or a 35 minute stroll into the heart of Salzburg. The staff were friendly and offered useful tips about the area. The Chinese restaurant on site offered fresh and delicious food. Although close to the airport the noise was not a problem.

Although the rooms were nonsmoking people smoking on balconies meant you had to keep the windows closed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We bought Salzburg cards at the reception. Excellent continental breakfast. We enjoyed meal at Asian restaurant next to the hotel. Great connections to the city center by bus and trolleybus. Bus stop is right next to the hotel. The journey to the center takes about 20 minutes. Easy parking at the hotel.

Some dust on the top of the wardrobe at the room and 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.

Rooms were ready when we got there. The view was gorgeous. Plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of towels. Front desk staff was very welcoming and offered to get us a taxi for our trip to the airport in the morning. Dinner reservations were great.

There were dirty clothes in the closet of our room that were not ours. We asked for a taxi to arrive at 5:30 the next morning. Luckily we have Uber since the taxi never showed.

close to everything, far from everything located in normal residential area city center is 10-15 minutes ride either by bus or by troly, both stops are just across the street free parking just in front of the hotel designer shopping mall is less than 5 km aeroport is very close and easy reachable exit to highway in 5 minutes excellent value for reasonable money good choice for Salzburg visit, and area nearby

I recommend Hotel Lilienhof for those who are travelling by car and would like to leave the car at a secure location free of charge as in Salzburg city center parking is very difficult and expensive. We really liked staying at this hotel, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is nice. It was a good base for our trip in Austria, it is easy to discover the city of Salzburg and the places nearby. The staff is helpful and friendly, we were welcomed by a nice Hungarian lady at the reception who gave us some insider tips regarding what to see around and where to go for dinner. When we come back to this region, we would definitely choose this hotel again!
