The staff was super nice, the bed was the best we had all trip and the location was very good. The breakfast was also (like all of our stay) great value for money.

The shower could be a little better and having to get the remote controller for the AC from the reception felt a bit weird to me.

It was in a great location. Nothing was too far of a walk! Very ready to park in front to check in. The hotel room was clean and very nice.

Wonderful little hotel and a short distance from the main town. The staff absolutely make the place as they were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, with plenty to eat before venturing out on trips. The rooms are spacious and have all you need for an Austrian location and have a Mini-bar if you fancy a quick drink. I asked for the hotel to organise a few local beers for my husbands birthday and they did just that, with a lovely little note when we arrived.

Just a kettle would be lovely, but maybe that’s a UK thing.

We reserved the family suite, and the room size was great. It was basically two rooms that shared a bathroom with one entrance. Breakfast was great, and the staff was great! The location is perfect—a short walk to shopping and great restaurants right across the bridge. We would definitely stay there again. If staying in Salzburg with kids, hit up the Alpine rollercoaster and the Salt Mines. They are really close to each other and fun for all ages. The views from the top of the Alps are amazing. We are used to having ice in all of our drinks, and the staff was very accommodating at the bar to fill up our water bottles. I would leave $5 euros here or there as a thank you, but I don't think it was needed. It was a small token of our appreciation.

Our room we reserved was supposed to have AC. It did have a split unit located in one of the bedrooms but only blew air and was just room temperature. I should have reached out to the front desk, but in Europe, they don't care about AC like we do in the US. Before our trip we purchased a bunch of USB fans on amazon and this is a must if traveling to Europe and don't like to sweat 24x7.

The hotel is excellent, confortable, very clean, full and delicious breakfast, and is very well located.

I booked the hotel thinking it had a garage. However, the garage, in addition to being paid, was always full. On the first day, I was misguided by the receptionist, who said that I could pay on the next street without informing that there is a right place for it. When I got to the car, even though I had paid for street parking, I got a ticket. Only later did the other receptionist provide better guidance on where to park on the street. I was quite disappointed, but there was nothing else to do.

The property is conveniently located: one can reach the city center with just a 10-minute (pleasant) walk, and the main train station is also at walkable distance. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, also speaking very good English. All communications were definitely straightforward. The room was clean and comfortable. Another great plus (at least, in my view) is that the reception is manned 24/24: you do not have to struggle with codes or the like, and someone can always provide assistance when needed. I will definitely consider this hotel for my future Festival trips to Salzburg!

The acoustic isolation was not the best. Nevertheless, considering that the street is quiet and the other guests are assumed to be polite, this is definitely not a major issue :)

Spacious updated room with an AC that works! We stayed during the start of a recent heatwave, so a cool room really helped. Very nice breakfast we had al fresco overlooking the garden. For 10 Euros, we had hot food, cold cuts, and a wide variety of bread and pastries, fresh fruits. This is really an awesome deal. Plus, walking distance to Old Town and Mirabell Palace and Gardens.

The room was ready ahead of schedule, super nice and professional receptionist helped us get situated and explained the processes in place. Flexibility and willingness to help your customers is remarkable.Very kind staff!

1.Very loud presence of the US tourists traveling in groups, unfortunately. 2. The breakfast tables set for two are very small. The large coffee pots ( thermoses) take about half of that small table. Really there is no room to place your plate of food, coffee cup, silverwear bucket and the large " black" pot of coffee... Please, reconsidering keeping those pots permanently on the tables. Otherwise, you should push two tables together to allow for the comfortable and peaceful breakfast experience. If someone doesn't like American drip they don't need to have that giant pot sitting on the table at all.

A hotel where you will feel as at home. Friendly people with a lot of attention for their guests, great breakfast. Paid parking easy to find on the street or in underground. The guys at the reception desk recommend us an amazing pub with incredible burgers, thanks for your suggestion

All was perfecr. The only little minus could be the 10 minutes walk to the historical center of Salzburg. However, the Linzer Gasse pedestrian street is at only 2 minutes away.

Very friendly staff, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good. We asked for baby cot and it was provided, asked to leave our laptops on the reception at check out, so we can visit the city, it wasn't a problem. We traveled with out dog, there's a 7 EUR fee, I guess because of extra cleaning because nothing was provided for the dog (in other hotels where there's a fee, at least a bowl and dog bed/mat is provided).

There was only liquid soap in the bathroom, I guess the kind that can be used as body and hair wash as well but I really would have liked a shampoo and conditioner. I guess it's done to reduce waste and plastic packaging but a dispenser for 2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner would have made the trick.
