Great location, all the attractions within walking distance, lots of shops and restaurants around the corner. The hotel hall has free coffee and tea, has storage for luggage. Breakfast area is big, but not a lot of options.

I stayed in standard room, it doesn’t have kettle, no refrigerator; bathroom also very small, no soap , no place to hang clothes.

The location was close to downtown and an easy walk to the old city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Several offerings for daily excursions that they will set up for you. We did the Sound of Music tour, and they scheduled our reservation and provided transportation to the bus. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was standard size. Decent breakfast room offering the standard european breakfast, which was nice and convenient.

The rooms were standard size for Europe and only accommodated 2 people, so we had to purchase a 2nd room for our kids. I am not sure what you would do if you had 3 kids. This made it a bit pricey. The heat was warm in the rooms and we opened the window at night. Unfortunately, the street noise and drunk people were loud late in the evening. The windows are high quality and would have blocked the sound if closed.

Room was very comfortable, the hotel was nice and well managed, designed interieur. The parking garage was good and we wereluckiy to arrive in time ( limited places)

Only one negative thing: the dogs were not allowed to the breakfast area however it was quite bit. There were 3 dogs ( small) and owners and we had to eat in the lobby area what was very uncomfortable and had to walk throw the reception and back several times.... When I mentioned it it the receptionist girl, was not nicely replied and showed that it is written on the entry door - like a low and not an internal dececession by management - and even told to me it is written on the booking.com.... due to the lobby is not for breakfast so the cleaning staff had to clean the area after the breakfasters.... So I think it would be easier to dedicate a corner where the dogs and owners can have breakfast there are at least 5 possibly separate area in the breakfast room.

the room is comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very good and staff worked hard to tidy up and refill dishes; even lovely cake was available. the lobby was comfortable and there was a good coffee machine for tea and really good coffee- free the Hotel has a great location - a few steps to pedestrian area and 10 mins to get over the bridge into the old town- lovely stroll. (quite a few busses go to the hotel from right outside the main station; best to buy ticket/s in the tobacconist on the way out, a few euros cheaper than on the bus)

Excellent position, right at the entrance of Linzergasse, one of the main stroll roads of the city. Rooms were recently refurbished, and are arranged in a very rational way. Therefore, despite the surface is not much, they are equally very comfortable. Everything is new and tidy. There is a large and comfortable living room at ground floor, with free coffee 24/24. There is also a large courtyard which I think is available in summer. Staff is very friendly and available. Excellent value for money.

You cannot set the temperature in the room - control is locked. You have just on/off option. Parking is a bit expensive, you may find right outside for free on weekends and with parking ticket on weekdays, the problem is you have to renew the ticket every 3 hrs. The reception is unattended after 22.

Location is very good. You can walk to almost every important place. Staff is very nice. Darvish and Nuha from the reception are really kind. Janitors have been super attentive and cleaned the room. Please leave a tip for them. I always do. Since grocery stores close at 6 pm, if you need to drink water, go to lounge next to lobby, they have water and coffee always available for guests for free. Breakfast is delicious with good coffee.

The shower cabin door was not working properly; it could have fallen down. Snoring and coughing voices come from other rooms; it seems walls are super thin. Internet connection may not be very good. Too many and multiple disruptions.

Nice modern room with good sized bathroom, double glazing on windows, plenty of storage, desk and power outlets. Comfortable bed. Room was very clean. Great breakfast, large dining area with good selection, choices of hot, cold, pastries, fruit, yoghurts, juices, tea and coffee. Also has a decent size sitting area with lounges and tables to relax in including free tea or coffee. Luggage storage also available. Friendly staff. Good location just at the end of the pedestrian zone and a short walk across the river to the majority of Christmas markets. Close enough to everything you need without being in the busy, noisy area of Salzburg. Lots of walking areas through the woods up high near the hotel. Definitely worth the climb up the steep walkway to wonderful views of the fortress and mountains. Numerous bus routes near the hotel and a short walk to the main train station. So many choices of restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommended.

It was very clean and modern. We were there for the Christmas markets and the hotel was nicely placed for these. All the staff, from reception, housekeeping and breakfast room were really friendly and helpful. There was fresh water and tea and coffee freely available 24/7 which was really nice. I would honestly go back to this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I had one tiny criticism and it's not really a criticism as such. It was toasty warm with underfloor heating. For me it was a bit too warm so felt really guilty opening the window before going to sleep. But after a day shopping and sightseeing it was really quite welcome.

Location was exceptional. Close walk to the old town and bus stops directly in front of the hotel if you didn’t want to walk. The staff was extremely friendly and offered assistance on locating a laundry facility since the one closest to the hotel was closed for the holidays. The breakfast buffet was marvelous. Wide variety of meat, cheeses, eggs, spreads, and fresh bake options.

Given all of the positives of the hotel the only let down was the lack of toiletries. One soap dispenser in the shower and no shampoo or conditioner. Additionally the towels were a little small and were limited. Modifying those two items would make the room feel like an upscale boutique hotel.

The hotel is located in the center of the city from where you can walk to all the important attractions by foot. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The room was big enough and the beds and the pillows were comfortable. In addition, the rooms were clean. Free coffee and tea for 24/7 is a genius idea! The variety of the food in the breakfast hall was good. Plus, I have stayed in the hotel during my birthday, and they have celebrated my birthday by giving me a free Prosecco, vielen dank!

To be honest, nothing. If I have to judge from a perfectionist view, the furniture in the room could be modernized (the chairs and the wardrobe). Nevertheless, I do not care for such things but could be important for others.
