Wonderful staff that really went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They answered any questions we had with a smile. Really nice clean rooms. I stayed with my mother and we were able to configure the room in a way that we both had ample personal space. Tv had some English channels. Awesome location outside of Vienna. Great price. About a 20 minute walk to the train but we enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately we were scammed by the airport taxi driver but the hotel staff was wonderful; they were ready to call the police on the taxi driver and ensure we got our money back. You can tell that they care about their guests. Great humans. I would stay here again.

Property is located at convention location to the airport. You can also park your car there and get a shuttle to the airport. Clean and affordable. Highly recommend adding breakfast when booking. Amazing selection and friendly accommodating staff. Special thanks to Michael at the front desk who not only made my late check in (2am) a breeze but made great suggestions for site seeing the following day downtown Vienna. Great English and friendly yet professional hospitality.

The shuffle taxi is very expensive, they will charge you the cost from vienna to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport (EUR 30.00)

Nice hotel and facilities. The man at the reception (Stefan) was very nice and welcoming. Close from the airport. The breakfast was incredible.

There are only two restaurants in the town nearby and the hotel doesn’t really accommodate dinner except for a few dish at the bar that weren’t super good. The room noise insulation is weak. We could hear a baby crying all night across the hallway. Not the most relaxing. The shuttle for the airport cost 19€ which we found a bit expensive.

Despite the fact that I didn't want to be there (travel mishaps), HEIN Hotel was lovely. The bed was clean and comfortable, the shower was nice, and the room was air conditioned!! Props to the staff as well for making a last minute check in as smooth as possible.

I wish public transit in the area was a bit more accessible. It was my own fault for misreading the map, but the nearest train station is a reallyyyy long walk from the hotel when it's hot outside.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Room was superb. Service was fantastic, helped book our shuttles or check-out. Everything went smoothly. Bar/Restaurant was also very lovely. Amazing, would totally come back!

Breakfast was really good, great choice. Nice clean rooms, shuttle bus option. Aircon . With my son we walked 5 minutes to nice nature / kids playground so ideal for families with kids.

Shower was leaking and from 9:00 in the morning they started drilling as there was some reconstruction happening / it was not part of the booking information. It was quite noisy. Reception is not open 24/7 only from 6:00-23:00.

Great location, very close to the airport, only a small fee for the shuttle ride there. Close to public transportation bus stop. Not much else in the area, but the bar is comfortable and can serve some small meals and snacks. The breakfast was fabulous. It's a quiet and comfortable place to get a night's rest before or after a flight.

There is little around the hotel in terms of places to eat or do things. If you were looking for those, you'll need to get a taxi or ride public transportation to do so.

HEINHOTEL staff, especially Stefan, were very helpful & polite . The hotel is going to renovation, however it doesn't affect your stay. Our room w terrace was very clean, and the bed was comfortable with a good quality of sheets. Only l will suggest putting a small refrigerator in the rooms. Overall, it was a good experience. Will book HEINHOTEL again.

One night stay before a very early flight. Free parking. Cosy bar. Easy check-in / check-out process. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. Would probably use again. An airport transfer and holiday parking were an option, that we found out about too late, sadly as it could have saved us a big of money.

Family room was quite dated in decoration. But spacious.
