We had a wonderful welcome...the gentleman and lady at reception were only too kind to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. The amenities were on par with any Hilton yet it was small and quaint. My wife and I had a very comfortable sleep and the stay overall was one of our best in Vienna.

Hardly the property's fault but it is a bit of a walk (1.2 km) from the train stop, as no public transport seemed to be available. The only thing that wasn't working was the hair drier but that didn't affect us.

Nice for a short stay. Very helpful staff. The receptionist organized us taxi from the hotel to the airport early in the morning. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We enjoyed silence and had a good rest before our flight.

Coming from Vienna by train, it was 1,6 km walk through industrial landscape in full sun. Carrying suitcases it was a bit tough. Some fellow guests were smoking near the entrance, one could smell cigarettes in corridors even on the next day.

Marie, at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I was only there for a few hours over night. The room was perfect and quiet. The hotel advertises complimentary transportation to the airport, however, the taxi driver charged me $20. My daughter reported this to the hotel and by the time I landed at my next destination, I had a $20 credit on my credit card. I am very thankful to the hotel staff for their courtesy and response.

I was bumped from my flight and had to find something close to the airport. I lucked out with this choice. They were incredibly kind and accommodating; they let me check in early and arranged to have a car take me back to the airport the next morning. The room was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It was also a short walk to the train station, so it was easy to go to the city for the day.

The reception for “just rooms” in another building Bout 3 min walking distance however I came late in the midnight and the receptionist was very welcoming and he drove us to the other building so it was not a big deal but something to be aware off 2. No incliners for handicapped or baby stroller

I dare to say that I am a quite demanding guest, but this hotel surprised me a lot. The hotel is really nice with a modern and artistic interior, absolutely clean and comfortable. The staff make the hotel unforgettable, especially the receptionist Marco who is very kind, helpful and has a pretty good sense of humor. Breakfast was above expectation. Unfortunately we stayed just for a night, but we will definitely come back.

- the hotel heating system was off and the room was cold, despite the fact that it was snowing outside - I couldn't sleep well because of the lower temperature - you cannot rely on a shuttle service between the hotel and the airport

Hotel close to the airport, large rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff.Especially Makrus the receptionist. we arrived around midnight and got the key from a nearby hotel, very close

There is no way to make or drink hot drinks - coffee or tea

I especially liked its position, room and facilities. I chose it mostly because it's close to the airport and I received what I asked for in the end. + I could leave the room at 4:30 AM which was necessary for my flight. And the train station was not that far.

Everything is designed to pamper you. Porcelain cups in the lobby and coffee ground to order; fine tea. A great sauna room. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Markus makes sure you feel like a human being. And for Booking customers the airport shuttle is free. Only ten minute ride from VIE.
