Good location, very close to the underground line U3 (Gasometer station) that provided quick access to the center of the city. Good, quiet neighborhood, near a small shopping mall located inside one of the Gasometer buildings (includes a McDonalds, a Spar market). Also, there is a complimentary bottle of still water in the room, which was a good thing. Helpful staff, English speakers at the reception - we had a problem with the hair dryer and they provided a solution to fix it despite being almost 11 PM. One more thing to add is that you can leave your luggage at the reception in case you are arriving too early for check-in. You will have to fill in an online form for the check-in and the check-out can also be done online. It is one of the good options in Vienna if you need a place to crash and have a shower for a decent price and don't want to pay extra to stay closer to the center of the city. For getting to the hotel, the best combination for transport is the S7 train from the airport to the Wien Mitte station and from there the U3 metro to Gasometer.

The room does not have a fridge of any type and for some people it can be small. Despite having some toiletries, you will still need to bring your own slippers. The room does not have a carpet, just wooden floor and in the bathroom there are tiles. Please be aware that you can do an early check-in, but it will cost you extra: 30,00 euro if it is before 9 AM / 25 euros from 9:00-12:00 / 15 euro from 12:00-15:00

Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I've seen in a hotel. So many options that are sure to fit everyone's taste. All of the staff are extremely nice, from the front-desk to the cleaning staff. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are very well cleaned and spacious. From my understanding the hotel also has a gym, which, unfortunately was closed during my stay. There's a metro station which is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, where you can easily reach the city centre in under 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely be my first choice when visiting Vienna again.

Nearby amenities such as a Despar supermarket located just 150 meters away, along with the Gasometer metro station for easy access to various destinations, and a Billa supermarket situated 350 meters away, further enhanced the convenience of the hotel's location. Furthermore, the staff exhibited excellent and courteous service, contributing to a pleasant overall experience for guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There was misunderstanding about online check in but the staff is very responsive over chat and it was all sorted out when we arrived. I had requested for a room with bathtub and they gave us exactly that! We loved the room! The location was perfect as its few minutes walk from the metro and its great for getting around the city. The bar was also very nice! And staff we spoke with during our stay was very friendly and helpful as well! All in all we will definitely return to this hotel when we are in vienna!

working air conditioning. comfortable beds. got some wafer biscuits when we checked out. very good value for money but we did book only 2 days in advance. we didnt get breakfast but it looked like a very good spread for the price.

we wouldnt stay here though if we wanted to explore the city centre. we stayed here because we got the coach in from slovakia to get a flight from vienna and this hotel is right inbetween the coach station and the airport. but the experience does make up for lacking location. i would just check if there was a metro stop nearby.

There’s no tea or coffee facility available other than paying for it in the restaurant, I’ve never experienced this in all my years of travel…to make matters worse, there’s not fridge in the room so you can’t even store anything, not great with you’re staying for a week

Walking distance from Flixbus station. Nice room, bathroom and a separate toilet room, so great if there were two people in it. I was alone. Nice twin beds. Got a hot choc in the bar next to the reception, on the house. Very friendly staff! Thank you.

I missed a kettle in my room, I was told the apartments have a kitchenette, but not the rooms. I did not need a kitchenette, I just wanted a kettle so I could have a hot drink. I brought fruitty tea bags... despite having a separate toilet and a bathroom... I was told I can get hot water in the bar next to the reception. I felt for the price of the room it should have a kettle! TV did not work... but they said it was a new hotel, only open for a week...

Location. Nearby parking. People from the desk always eager to help. Gasometer nearby and I can find a bite to eat (until 20:00)

One morning I put the sign "Do not disturb!" The surprise. The cleaning team entered immediately, cleaned the room superficially (there was sugar on the floor). Cleaned the bathroom, took the wet towel but didn't leave another one. And he also forgot to leave the sign for the door. When I arrived from the hospital with the child, it was hellishly cold because the window was open.

If you need to visit raiffeisen halle, this is ideal hotel to stay in. Very comfortable beds, nice breakfast, easy check in and check out. Clean and nice rooms. Free water bottles. Garage is just across the hotel.

There are little things to improve, not very important, but for 4* hotel I kind of expected it. There is no luggage rack, no bathroom doors in family room. Also no towel hangers and no mini bar or safety box. Everything else was really great.

Lovely hotel! Brilliant location, next to transport links. Room was very clean and spacious - the bed was really comfortable! Staff were really nice and helpful - we even had an issue with a lime scooter and the nice man at the reception tried his best to help us! We had an exhibition we needed tickets for and they helped us print these too. Bar was lovely, nice drinks and everything was great price. Next time we are in Vienna we will definitely choose this hotel.
