Generally said, it is a hostel for the younger crowd, and I am already a bit older, but my heart is still young, as my younger friends so often tell me. So I like the concept with the "bed-boxes" in a big room. Inside a light, electric power, even with convenient USB for loading your devices. Nice clean shower units, by the everything very clean, friendly, helpful staff at least English and German speaking. I really like the place and concept. Outside of the room are many places to chill, the got a bar and events like karaoke or Dj's. A big fridge to store your food, a microwave and much more. Underneath the beds are a box for each bed, you can lock it up, so bring your own lock or rent one at the reception, the same with towels by the way. For sure I will stay there again :)

Nice location just right next to the West Train Terminal of Vienna. It takes around 15 min train to the city centre with most tourist spots. Super big hostel with lots of chill common areas and a place that gathers everyone to watch soccer or chat together. Good privacy for the rooms. Hairdryer was not listed on the facility list but actually it can be borrowed from the reception with a deposit.

Just a bit strange to separate the toilet and basin located in the bathroom

- Beds were comfortable - Super Affordable - Staff were amazing - Decor is lovely and a lot of opportunities to socialise - Right next to the main train station and attached to an Ikea

- My bunk bed was against a wall and the side of the bed next to the wall was dirty with a few empty bottles and packets that must have fell down previously - No sink next to the toilet to wash your hands

Absolutely everything Great food and drinks-in bar at reception, in rooftop bar or directly connected IKEA restaurant. Breakfast included small but good choices. Coffee from the machine was mediocre, but still OK Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and safe (you cant get inside without a card) with amazing view (but if you wanted, you could make the room dark with curtains). Location near Ubahn and train station was perfect-you could directly get to the centre in few minutes. But as surroundings of train station are usually pretty shady, I still felt safe here. Looking forward to returning here!

Not, that I didn't like something, but there are some things that would improve the stay. 1)bathroom: it would be great to include hangers for my towel and some shelf 3)pillows: I'm used to larger pillow, so that was only downside to my sleep here. 4)It would be nice to have plastic bin in the room

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at this accommodation. It was impeccably clean and well-heated, which we appreciated as we visited in late November. The staff were friendly and provided all the information we needed. The atmosphere was lively and reminded me of a student residence – vibrant, positive, and full of energy, with frequent events taking place. At the same time, it also offered privacy for those who preferred a quieter experience. The location is unbeatable, situated in one of the most sought-after areas of the city and excellently connected by public transport, making it easy to reach major tourist attractions, churches, squares, and more. The shared kitchen (without a stove) was a unique feature that fostered a sense of community, as guests often shared and interacted over meals. Overall, it was a wonderfully positive experience – a place that offers entertainment and connection without needing to step outside!

I had a full blind on the bottom bunk which gave me enormous privacy. The cleaners came in daily to clean the toilet and shower and did such an amazing job. They also have lockers onsite which you can rent. They have multiple areas and where I was staying on the 6th floor, there was a kitchen and fridge and a chill out area. The dorm I was in had a separate area where you can get changed which was curtained-off which was handy.

No hot food on their buffet breakfast and you have to rent their towels. If you get off at the right train station (I didn't so I struggled) then it's quite easy to find. I tried calling the place twice and no one answered which was super annoying. Again they make the showers so tiny that you have nowhere to put your stuff but on the ground.

It is one of the best hostels where I sleep. Its huge, really big with a lot of games to play and interact with others. They have 3 full flats, on one you have rooms and the kitchen, other rooms aand reception (here you have a restaurant but most of days all the tables was reversed for people from outside)

I went in Christmas so thats the reason that the rooftop closed at 21/22, it was cold outside. Another thing was that the floor n5 was always reserved for people from outside so for example if you want to use the tables you have to go to another flat, with out the pool table or the tablegames

Great location, just outside Westbahnhof station so can easily get trains, metro or trams to anywhere in Vienna. Really friendly staff, clean rooms and good privacy in beds as well. Nice social area as well with board and arcade games, pool table and plenty of places to sit, evening events every day.

Mattresses got very hot during the night due to the cover, but not an issue as with privacy in the beds I could take the duvet off me. Would've been nice if the rooftop terrace was open for a bit longer each night, as most nights by the time I got back from restaurants it had closed already.

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and inviting. The interior decoration and vibes of the place are amazing. There are lots of activities and things to do. Also it's near Westbahnhof which connects you to all of the places.

We came during Christmas days and most of the events were already finished and the terrace closed, but it was still great. Mostly it was our mistake. Also this place has an amazing terrace. So not something negative about the place, mostly as information to enjoy it fully before 24-26 period which is holiday and most of the things are closed.

The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the nearest tram station. There are many shops and supermarkets around. The hostel is sharing the same building with IKEA, which offered me the convenient option of a cheap and yummy breakfast. The facilities and the concept of the hostel are great, with smart and cosy common areas, the convenient shared bathroom (for when you don't want to disturb your roommates), the lockers for luggage behind reception (for an extra charge) and also the storage room (for free). The bedroom is very basic but nice, the beds are created to give individual privacy and also have storage compartments under, which can be secured with a padlock. The staff is very friendly and relaxed, willing to help at any time. I like that I had access to a hair dryer and to an iron when I requested for them. The cherry on the cake is the rooftop view which I'm sure that is much better during summer.

The breakfast is 7€ and quite poor, it should offer at least one option of hot dish (like varieties of eggs, omelette) so I skipped it. For the price of the room they should include one towel free of charge.
