The equipment in the accommodation is already some time old, but we liked it very much and we were satisfied. Nice and helpful staff, the room was clean. Despite the accommodation is in the city center in the shopping street, the evening was quiet. You can park in one of the parking garages, which are in the area a lot. Breakfast was included and there was a really varied choice, everything was fresh. There are lots of shops, a shopping centre, cafes, a great bakery. Good accessibility to the monuments, the old center, the Christmas market for those who want to walk. I definitely recommend the accommodation and will use it on my next visit to Vienna.

The weather was really hot and it was important to have the portable air conditioners in the bedrooms even if they were loud!

Our flight was delayed so we arrived in Vienna after the closing time of the hotel. I messaged the hotel but they didn't reply although they said they had seen the message. I then had to ring them from Greece and needed to persuade them to let us in when we thought we would arrive around 01:30 am. Thankfully they eventually agreed and luckily we arrived an hour earlier. I'm wondering what is the general policy of this and other hotels for customers arriving late due to delayed flights?

Im a solo traveller on my first time going dolo in a while. I was a little scared for this holiday to be honest! I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time - around half 11. I was only going to ask if I could leave my suitcase there but not only did they check was the room ready, the bag was brought there and the key given to me with the instruction that it would be ready for me in half a hour! I was shocked in a good way. The bed was so omfortable and extra pillows and blanket are supplied in the wardrobe. The bathroom is clean and large and they even have an indoor retractable washing line should you require it! (I wish I had one of those). Location wise it is a 10 minute walk from Museums quarter, around the same ro Haus des Meeres and a 15-20 minute walk to the Palace. Breakfast was well laid out and there was a good selection of meats, bread and vegetables. Muesli and another were cereals but I wasn't really going for those. I would stay here again!

Sometimes the breakfast area felt a little too cramped for comfort. There wasn't that much information provided in reception about attractions around the area.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my children (16 and 19y.o). Our family room on the second floor was large, clean and overlooked Le Cheri Cafe. The room was cleaned daily, the towels changed and bed made. There was a construction site under the window, but it didn't bother us at all, the work started at 7 am, when we were already awake. It was always quiet at night, and we always went out during the day. Breakfast was the same: eggs, croissants, some kind of cheese and hum, apples, yogurts, tea and coffee, but always fresh and tasty. The location of the hotel - really great: close to the Neubaugasse subway station, Museums Quartire, Mariahilfer Strasse. We arrived at night 11 pm and bought combined tickets at the airport vending machine ( U3+S7 train), it costs 11€ for three people.

The air in the room is poorly ventilated. No tea station in the room.

Great location. Down a side street off main high street style shops. Lots of quirky shops bars and restaurants off the main shopping street. 5 mins walk from underground station on U3 line. Also close to tram stops. Close to several supermarkets too. Perfect base for sightseeing the city. The rooms are basic and a little dated in decor but clean, comfortable and a great size (we stayed in a triple room). The bathroom has been more recently updated and has everything you need. Shower gel, soap and hairdryer.

Very nice and friendly staff. Beds are comfortable and the room was very spacious. Very clean as well. The breakfast was tasty, although the variety was not huge, it was sufficient. The location is great - very close to the metro, walking distance to the very center of the city, good connection to the airport with metro and train. Overall very nice for a short stay in Vienna.

The interior was a little old-fashioned, but for a stay with the purpose of tourism, it doesn't matter that much. I expected more amenties in the room considering the 4 stars of the hotel, such as kettle, more toiletteries, etc.

Great value for a money. My room was super comfy for one person, I even had a couch. Lovely stuff took care of my luggage after my check-out. Location was super cool, just 1 min walk from underground and 15 minute walk to Museums Quarter. I really enjoyed having a breakfast a little later than in most of the stays.

It wasn't easy enough to find a precise place of my stay, so I had to make a phone call for a navigation. Although stuff was super cool to explain it to me and made a call by themselves to check if I would come until the end of check-in time.

Great location. Metro station is within 200 meters and it is a shopping district with all sorts of shops and department stores. 15 minutes walking distance to the museum quarter. The family managing the hotel are very helpful and kind. The gentleman at the reception even made a 3 day sightseeing plan for us on the map. The rooms are quite sufficient. Beds are comfortable, linens are all white and clean such as the bathroom. Breakfast is fine. Very worth the value. I will definitely stay here again next time.

No complementary hotel slippers. Carpets could be renewed.

The location is great. We almost had no need of public transport to reach out the places we planned to visit. The stuff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is sufficient and met the expectations.

A bit noisy due to building of new underground station but it is not something that the hotel can handle. This wasn't something I had problem with - with close window everything is fine.

The location is very well situated in the city center and we mainly walk to the attractions. The metro station is near the hotel which ease moving to different parts of the city and connects with the airport shuttle. There are many outside cafes right on the street. The staff is very helpful.

We are visiting this hotel second time, this time there was reconstruction right under our window. In the morning it was little bit noisy.
