Great hotel! Got to check in a bit early, great welcome. Big clean rooms, great breakfast with a good selection, excellent staff and help, a really good location right on the main street. Many restarunts around, open into the night, also a supermarket right down the street. Also hotel is green and enviormental friendly very important these days. A really great value for our money, had a great vacation.

The beds are 2 big beds together instead of one.

Location , size of the room, stuff very nice , housekeeping nice 👍, everything.

The parking very difficult to find because the hotel location in the middle of the walking street.

Great air conditioning (up to US standards!) in room but not in other areas. Floor to ceiling windows that could be opened with block out curtains. No traffic noise thanks to location in pedestrian zone. Spacious but basic bathroom. Loved configuration of the room and its size. Location was great with U3 Bahn stop Zieglergasse 20 yards in front of hotel, all essentials like supermarkets, bakery, drug store less than five min walk and very central location. Purchased Sissi Pass at nearby museum in Andreasgasse which allowed admission to Hofburg and Schoenbrunn without time slot. Liked that hotel entrance was not easily noticed which made it safer. Good restaurant options minutes away. Easy access for taxis, worked flawlessly to airport thru Booking.com. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful.

Strong sewage odor from shower drain stopped after we covered it. Lack of ventilation in bathroom. Room door not soundproof insulated since raised high above floor. Hallway noise was noticeable at times but not from adjacent rooms. Very basic TV channel offerings, even by German standards. Only one channel in English. Minor issue with housekeeping that had skipped our room was promptly resolved. Mariahilfer Strasse does have homeless people and is a mixed neighborhood but realistic picture of middle class population living there. Never felt unsafe though.

I have stayed at this hotel several times so far and intend to in the future as well. A pleasant and comfortable hotel in an executive location. Very convenient if you travel by car, from the secure garage at -2 you can take the elevator directly to the room.

I recommend to the management to better organize the transfer of cleaning service trolleys between floors. For a large part of the day, the elevator is occupied for cleaning service and guests wait too long or walk up the stairs. I hope that the hotel will do everything to improve the situation with the elevator in the future.

The hotel is on Maria Hilfer Strasse, one of the most beloved commercial&shopping streets of the city. You can get to the Main Ring of the City with all attractions (Parlament, Opera House, Museums etc) within 15 min walking or travel 2 stations by metro/subway. For those arriving by car, there is a private Parking you can reach by elevator from the hotel reception and costs "just" 20 eur/night (compared to other "offers" 25-40).

Looks like the hotel has been renovated recently and leaves a positive impression. However, the wooden floor and poor sound insulation leads to some unpleasant impact noise.

This is second time we booked here in Vienna Spacious room , comfortable , perfect location , nice , kind staff and very helpful staff The offer keeping luggages before check in and after checkout time We stayed for 5 days , they give us free drinks ( 2 ) from minibar in each day instead of room service on each day Nice TV as it rotating between the bed and to the sofa , but unfortunate no English channels

‏The first thing in our room this time is the bathroom , the shower beside the door , so whenever you take shower , the water go out the bathroom into the room ‏- There is no air conditioner although temperature outside is hot and we call the reception they said it’s central and we cannot turn it on , just open the window , and when we open the window the insect coming inside the room ‏- We book apartment with large double bed , but we get twin beds

The room was great; comfortable, with everything you need, white calming colors, comfortable and a big shower room and kept clean. The beddings were very clean. The mattress was a bit hard but this was immediately taking care off by putting a soft topon. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was beyond all expectations; fruits and vegetables, cheeses and meets, eggs in various options, great coffee, cakes and more. Really really great. They even have cute painted plastic placemats, plates and cups for small children. The location of the hotel is also great in that underground is about 40 meters' door to door which connect you to all parts of Vienna, and around the hotels there are supermarkets, restaurants and coffee places and ofcours many shops. The only one thing that can be regarded as a downside was that all but one TV channels were in German (even American or English movies/TV shows are dubbed). The only English speaking channel was a news channel from France with repeated news. Leaving this issue aside, all in all the hotel was perfect.

Big room makes it so comfortable. Well laid out and clean. Location is very good very close to everything or via the metro.

We arrived early before noon. I requested for early check in when I booked but didn’t get in. That’s ok. We were told to wait for 3pm check in. At 3 pm our room was still not ready and was offered a different room - at this point we would take any room as we were very tired from a long flight. We were patiently waiting in lobby for about an hour until check in time. We were just hoping for some consideration.

The location was excellent. It is right in the middle of everywhere we visited. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is surrounded by public transit and if you choose to walk you can. The room was large and airy and comfortable and clean. We also had a quiet room. The staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed plus more. This hotel is definitely worth the stay.

There were a few times when we looked for the staff in the reception area and no one was there. We didn't know how to call them. My partner found the bed uncomfortable. He felt that the mattress was old and used.

My wife and daughter travelled and stayed at the hotel from the 6th february to the 10th.The hotel staff arranged for us to have our room ready ,earlier than the usual time.,which was very conveniant We were given room number 301 , which is EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL, With direct view of Maria hilferstrasse !
